The screenshot that you had sent to us showed & you reported that your import was stuck. And you had reported that you were seeing blank page on your website. So we asked you many times to please let us know which theme, plugins or any other scripts were you using so that we can replicate the issue at our end & solve it for you. Please try to understand that without these details it is very hard to troubleshoot an issue. And this is the same for every client with any provider. Without any details that we ask, how would it be possible for us to assist you. But you are never replying to what we are asking from your end. 3html:Hi, Please note that Bandwidth is renewed monthly because it is data transfer that is allowed on your account. It is used everymonth and that is restarts every month. Whereas disk space is permanent because you will not delete and re-upload your files every month but it will remain there forever. Regarding buying disk space, Please note that you can buy additional disk space exclusively as there is no such option in our system and it cannot be done. But, inorder to get more diskspace you can upgrade to a higher that has more disk space. If you are on Soldier plan with 1 GB diskspace then you can upgrade to Commander that comes with 2 GB space and 20GB Bandwidth. Our Minister plan comes with 4 GB space and Un-metered bandwidth. Please note that your plan will be upgraded on pro-rata basis and you will only be charge for the days for which you will use the upgraded plan after deducting the left over days of the older plan you have not used. For Example: If you are currently in Soldier Plan with 1 GB Space and 10 GB Bandwidth, cost of which is N3000 for 365 days or 1 year. And you decide to upgrade to Commander Plan (2 GB Space and 20 GB Bandwidth) after 30 days. The amount for remaining term (335 Days) of Soldier Plan will be deducted from the price of Commander Plan. And you will only be billed for the amount that is calculated after this deduction. I hope you understand this.
