I have checked that both of your domains are pointing to external nameservers and IP & your websites are not working as issue lies at your hosting providers end. Please note that we just temporarily suspend website after proper intimation and that too after if client doesn't contact us after 48hr once informed about the spam or malware on his/her website. Let me help you with clarifying the process to handle Spam and Monitoring of our server so that we can provide 99.99% uptime to our clients. Please note that, WordPress is CMS that is prone to hacks and attacks from spammer if protective measure are not taken. We do routine monitoring of server and when we found any malware or spam issue on a website then we usually handle issue on our own so that other websites hosted on the server are not affected. But, there are certain issue that can only be handled from the client's end. Then we contact them to rectify the issue or contact us with details within 24hs. As we had contacted you. But, we don't suspend the website just after 24 hrs and give 12 hrs more to the clients because sometimes clients don't check their email. Please note that when ever any registrant searches a domain on our website then it is checked directly from the Registry whois for availability. If the searched domain name is available for registration it will show as available & anyone searching that domain name can go ahead with the registration. This is the standard process with any Domain Name Registrar. If the domain is available then it can be registered by anyone in any part of the world. Kindly note that if your domain was registered by some other person before you could register it, then it does not mean it was registered by us. This is because we don't store your search logs or provide any information to any third party to register any domain searched by our clients. We use the industry standard CRM named WHMCS from our billing and domain backend operations like domain whois search. Normally the Registrars that follow this bad practice are involved in the business of Domain Auctioning & Parking of domains for profit. We are not involved in any such business. So it does not even make sense for us to register a domain searched by our client. Please note that any domain name can be registered by anyone in the world on first come first serve basis. If the domain name is available then anyone can register that domain name. And it is very harsh to falsely accuse us of such a bad practice. We always recommend our clients to pay via their card for immediate service activation. If you pay using your card then there would be an instant activation of service. But in case of offline payment method you would need to wait for few hours as we need to track Bank payments. If your domain was not registered after making the payment or it registered by some other client then you are fully entitled to get the refund as domain registration service was not delivered to you. But please note that this does not mean that the domain was registered by us. Many Domainers and Bloggers use our service because of our transparency and trust. We would never involve in any such bad practice that would lead to bad reputation or loss of trust. We have also never received any such complaint from any client before this. We totally understand the value of intellectual property for our clients, so we would never involve ourselves in such a practice. Also, it is hard to point out the exact reason how your searched domain was registered by someone else. But I want to assure you that we are not involved in any such practice. We are always open to any criticism that helps us improve our service to our clients. But the accusation that you are making is false & can cause loss of trust in our service. So we request to please always clarify any such misunderstanding with our support first before making such harsh post on a public forum. Please note that when you have placed order for .com domain on 24/04/2015 then the price of .com domain was N1750. On the same date you have bought Civilian hosting plan with us which was of N1600. Moreover you have paid your renewal invoice for both domain and hosting plan on 02/05/2016. The renewal invoice was for the amount N5060 (N1600 for Civilian Hosting plan + N3000 for .com domain renewal + N460 late fee) Kindly note that on 17 Oct 2016, the prices of some of our services including domains and hosting was increased. We had also sent mail to your registered email regarding the prices update. Please check your email for message with subject "Important Update Regarding our Pricing". I have also attached the screenshot of that mail sent to you regarding the price update. Our prices were updated due to high increase in exchange rates of Naira to USD. Also this time the renewal invoices are generated separately by our system. The renewal invoice of .com domain is N4500 and the renewal price of Civilian hosting plan is N3000. Due to some technical issue the renewal invoice was not created as our our update prices. So we manually updated the renewal price of.com domain in your invoice. We are sorry for the misunderstanding caused due to issue with our system. I have checked that you have paid the hosting renewal invoice but you have not paid your domain renewal invoice. So your hosting is already renewed till 24/04/2018. But your domain is still expired as you have not paid your renewal invoice. For renewing your domain name you also need to pay your domain renewal invoice. You can check your all paid as well as unpaid invoices from your panel. So, you had paid N4600 for .com domain and Civilian Hosting together. But, we had to revise our domain and hosting prices in October 2016 when NAIRA became very week as compared to USD. You were sent an price revision mail on 17-Oct-2016. The Current price for .com domain renewal is N4500/yr and Civilian Hosting is N3000/yr. And our system have raised two separate invoices for domain and hosting renewal. I have checked that you have already paid N3000 for your hosting renewal but your invoice of N4500 for domain renewal is still unpaid.. So, I request you to please pay for your domain renewal as well so that you don't have to face downtime. I hope you understand. But I hope you understand that the hosting account was auto-terminated because the hosting account was not renewed, even though our system had sent renewal reminders. Our support was also available for all issues. Our system on the server on which Lanre316 was hosted is provisioned to auto-terminate accounts within 7 days if the service is not renewed.
