But come to think of it , isnt this Alloy giy overdue for disbarment?

He is in direct contempt of court by participating in a protest to free an individual that he is holding brief for in an ongoing criminal case.

He is also in contempt of another court order that banned the protest from holding.

You are the legal representative of your client in an ongoing criminal case before a Federal High Court which has yet to arrive at a final ruling .

You then chose to be part of a protest demanding that your client be freed .

Is this not in direct contempt of the court you are representing a defendant in?

I believe there are so many breaches here by Alloy.

This is the koko and unfortunately a double edged sword.
On one hand, the North knows and have perfected ways to checkmate them...by culling their herd every decade or so.. this has made the Igbos sit up and comport themselves in Hausaland.Since then, Hausawa hasn't had any more upstarts with them claiming land and political power.
On the other hand, the SW isn't cut out for ethic cleansing of that nature. It's not that it can't be done, simply goes against the Yoruba ethos (which Igbo term cowardice)and thus lies the rub.
The igbos shortly after the war realized that Yoruba wasn't cut from the same cloth with Hausawa in respect to dealing decisively with them(culling )and they took full advantage of the somewhat placid and accommodating nature of the Yoruba as their kind are wont to do.
Now it appears that accommodating nature has finally been eroded and teeth are bared.

Prior to the civil war, the north had the highest concentration of Ibos .

After the pogroms and war, the IBO population never recovered .

Outside the north, the present SS also had the second largest population of Ibo settlers.

Their numbers in the SS also never recovered owing to the atrocities committed by Biafran soldiers and ibo civilians on SS indigenes during the occupation of their land in both Biafra and occupied Midwest.

The bad blood between SS and ibos is still very fresh and so Ibos did not return back .

The only natural place was western Nigeria or Ghana.

The Ghanaians foresaw this great exodus and began a major deportation of all Nigerians to forestall Ibos moving into their country.

Yoruba land then remained the only option.

Now here is the real kicker.

If Gowon had done what is expected and dragged all those biafran war criminals to a Nuremberg styled trial and had all the atrocities thy committed on SS minority people known to the world , I don't think Yorubas would have been accommodating the Ibos in their midst and all this rubbish talk of ibo victimhood that only reinforces another round of identical Biafriasm madness won't be repeating itself today.

I tell any of them who vehemently denies the near genocide and human rights violation their biafran 'heroes' committed on SS minorities to see how IPOB lunatics have no problem raping, murdering and cannibalizing their own people in the SE and ask if such fate won't be far worse on SS people if same IPOB had the might to occupy the entire SS.
