The Biafran war was a total mismatch from the onset, it's inexcusable that the war lasted that long with very heavy casualties in men and materials on the Nigerian side, the Biafran army was pretty much a motley and undermanned force of ragtag boys armed with bolt action rifles and assault rifles captured from dead Nigerian soldiers. Amaechi is claiming Ibo so it's in his DNA to act against SS interests.

Talk about votes, Ibos gave Jonathan the smallest votes in a supposed PDP stronghold.
