For MERN, sure I know about it, but I haven't used it much. But when you get to my level, you really don't care much about specific frameworks, they are all basically JavaScript (ERN), apart from MongoDB.

I have been thinking about a way to provide value for new and intermediate software developers.
I wanted to start an online training.
However, I felt training is over-saturated and people already have so much resources to learn from including AI and YouTube videos.

So, I thought the next best approach is mentorship . I have more than 13 years of experience building software from planning, architecture, development , deployment, scaling and maintenance. I have been actively involved in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across various fields including but not limited to automobile, healthcare, fin-tech, safety, agriculture e.t.c .

I have had a lot of wins, and made a lot of mistakes as well, I still make some. This field is one where you never stop learning .

The whole point of this mentorship is to help give beginners a better foundation than I had, and help them navigate any turbulence they may encounter. Its also to help people think ahead and identify pitfalls and avoid them before they happen .

This would be a paid mentorship, and it would most likely be one on one , not a group thing (Might change to group if people prefer this). Because there are only limited hours in a day, there would also be limited slots, so the quality of the mentorship retains its excellence .

Hello everyone , I have 350 watt mono panels that are not giving out full rated current . Even in full sun and angled properly , I only manage to get a maximum of 4 AMPS per panel . Is this normal ? .

It isn't. It's great in fact. It actually increases the lifespan of the battery by the function of the amount of solar panels you consider excess.

This provides optimum function. I bet he's not going to have issues with his solar in at least five years, as far as he doesn't overload it beyond capacity.
