Akoh, who had just arrived Abuja from where he has been recovering after receiving traditional treatment for ulcer and pile, decided to turn himself in, at the FCT Command of the Nigeria police, after been told that the police were looking for him.

Nigerian election regulatory body, The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has released dates for 2019 general elections.
In a statement posted on their website Thursday, the electoral commission said it was making the announcements well ahead “in order to ensure certainty in our dates for elections, and to allow for proper planning by the Commission, political parties, security agencies, candidates and all stakeholders”.
