The point is that teachers are NOT building houses anyhow in Nigeria. I know many, many teachers in Nigeria and most of them don't own homes in the urban areas where they live. In the village, they may live in their ancestral homes/lands.

Anyway, the total combined revenues of Federal & State governments in Nigeria is less than $30 billion so where will they get money to pay teachers
