Meanwhile, the victim here was NOT married to the arrested PAEDOPHILE...
So your continued references to Section 29 of the Constitution is baffling and frankly IRRELEVANT to this case.

When the parties are in court, NOBODY will be citing Google to the judge...
The CONTROLLING LAW in Lagos, where the actions took place, is the Child Rights Law 2007.

However, since it seems you only believe what you see on Google...

Please note that it is a STRICT LIABILITY offense (ie, no legal defense)...
