I learnt u shld wash well to remove dirts n discard water. Den start squeezing out d juice....d very green juice. Drink 2x dly frm Day1/menses day til just b4 ovulation.

Me I lazy. I squeezed d 1st time. A subsequently I use smoothie blender, added tiny water n blend. Sieve. Add a lil more water to wash out more juice. Blended one is more bitter. But after drinking ur mouth starts tasting sugary
I drank mine once a day lol. Makes me feel light, bowel movt was like clock work.
Stopped now cos im on drugs.

Brothers n sisters let us b prepared at all times. Personally I do fall short n slack in my prayer life. But I realised depression prevented me from enjoying my loved ones yet doesn't help d issue.
I had to regain my happiness n swag.
I ran away frm d fellowship dat always concentrate on my ttc both personally n in d congregation.
Why? Cos it drained my emotions.

Ttc is not the only Have God-given command God gave us. Life is dynamic.

let us b careful for nothing. But in everything by prayer n supplication, with THANKSGIVING let our request b made know to God.

wen we dont feel like praying.....playing n singing worship is also a way of praying.
Praises is excellent n takes us to d throne of grace.

May d peace of God continue in our homes. May our season of conception show up speedily now in Jesus mighty name. Amen!

Angelic Bola ha answered the others.
Prescriptions of gestone go between 1ml and 2ml daily. That is progesterone in oil. There are other forms of progesterone that differ in prescription egs some u take once a week.
I was able to get a pack of 10 boxes of philogesterone at 2k Something. That is each box has 10vials of 1ml each. So in total 100 vials.

@lollysho I feel ur plight. Buy Radiant glow botanical exfoilatin soap n deir lotion ( moisturizing lotion or brightening lotion) it wil nourish ur skin n make it healthy. Its a uk made product gud for African skin 100% plant ingredients, doesnt irritate d skin.
I use d soap n d lotion

clear essence vitamin c lotion n soap is great too. Non irritating n has great botanical ingredients

@ Donatee, have you detoxed? Have u tried bitters(sweeten bitters or goko cleanser)? Have u tried to change undies or wash with bleach? Then avoid sugar. Same is applicable to hubby.

I n dh avoid sugars but use once in a while n not much. I drink acv,honey n ginger regularly.
I ve never taken any bitters b4. Dunno how to squeeze in bitters wit d drugs n supplements im on. Dh no go look d bitters sef

after birth some women dont see deir periods btw 8wks n some 1yr after delivery.
Some get preggy even b4 dey see deir periods
So breastfeed ur baby. ...wen ur body is ready it wil release d period

The Lord has done it for me o! After over two years of battling in this TTC journey, 1 suspended ICSI cycle, 1 failed FET cycle, days and nights spent weeping and crying my eyes out to God, the Lord has remembered me and blessed me with a very Big Fat Positive HPT today at 9dp5dt.

I give God all the praise. I haven't done my beta test yet, that'll be in two days but the two lines on my pregancy test stick are really dark. I've seen too many negative results in my life to recognise and differentiate a positive one even at first glance.

What I did differently this time:

1. I didn't neglect fasting and prayers, I went on some days fasting prior to my transfer and made sure to intensify my prayers and build my faith in God.
2. I stayed off google up until today, the many discouraging things we read there tend to shake out faith in God. I stopped googling signs and symptoms after transfer
3. I went against my doctors advice and took baby aspirin. I intend to tell him at my next appointment in two days time but I'm sure he wouldn't mind and will be happy it was positive anyway
4. I relaxed as much as I could as I'm a natural workaholic. Took time off work after the transfer and took it easy with chores although I got another job in the process which is a lot easier
5. I kept using my folic acid, vit C & D, omega 3, progynova 6mg that was prescribed by my doctor and the crinone gel which finished before I could get another packet but God still proved himself faithful. I've now continued on the progesterone pessaries.
6. Ate my pineapple slices faithfully from day of transfer till 5dp5dt
Finally, God favoured me!

To all reading this and still in the waiting room, I declare that the waiting is OVER! The Good Lord that did mine like a dream will do yours in Jesus name

Good to hear that your levels are normal but just so you know doctor needs to check both the TSH and T4. I read somewhere that T3 needs to be checked also but my doctor said TSH and T4 are the most important ones.
I don't really know about infections. The only infection I've had was yeast infection and i remember I was given an antibiotics to be taken for 7 days and that was it.

We av taken 2 courses of antibiotics yet ders pus cell. D ish is affecting me biko. Jus dey take drugs yet no specific infection to tag it to. Frm using cd as dh no kuku like use am.....we dey abstain yet pus cells persist. I haven't done hsg cos of this.

men do hide deir medical history too. I hav seen millions of cases. Ranging from different causes. But are hidden frm d potential spouse til after marriage.
Some men even wit deir history continue to cheat as if cheating wil solve deir problem. So go ahead to disgrace the woman even wen dry know its deir fault.

Some men encourage deir wives to cheat n get preggy so pple won't knw of deir fertility problems.

Anoda classic example is d issue of HIV. Marriedcouple, d man was ccheating n got d virus. He was ill n wen it was discovered n managed he was discharged but was told to bring his wife for counselling n testing.
For 5 solid yrs dis man refused. He was punctual to take his drugs frm d hospital but didnt wsnt his wifevto know ge was positive.
YET he was sleeping wit her witout condom.

Long story short......wife got sick. Diagnosed of HIV. She told her hubby of dr report after 1month of drs persuasion.
The husband surprisingly didnt make a fuss. After few days asked her to cook n prepare a feast for his guests. On d said day she was surprised to see her family members n elders arriving deir house. After eating n making merry, d man made a speech to thank dem for d wonderful wife dey gave him, but from now he is returning d woman n d bride price. He is no longer interested cos she has HIV

Clinic was never d same for few days. She came back to accuse our snr doctor of ruining her marriage. D man even sent her off with her kids. Luckily d kids were all negative.
The man got married to a new woman who still didn't know his status.

Alot happens. Deception can b either way.

Alot of Christian sisters/pple who don't engage in pre marital sex suffer. After marriage u discover many of those men have erectile issues, but stuck with dem during courtship because dey r sure dey won't b discovered since its a celibate relationship. But d man knows his organ is dysfunctional.

done Chromoperturbation before? It's part of my Dr's protocols after an open
Myomectomy. He usually does it once the 3rd period arrives and packs up. My 3rd AF
post Op came yesterday, therefore yours truly will be going in soon for this procedure.
I've asked him plenty questions yesterday on the procedure and all he gave me is that
recovery time is 45mins and mild anaesthesia will be given. He has stylishly declined
answering further questions until I come for the procedure. He gets the vibes from my
questions that am scared and might actually change my mind and not come in for it.
Well he's somewhat right, so I don't blame him. I just want to learn what I can to
prepare my psyche before the D day. I've googled for information but not really getting
all the info I want. I do know that he'll as usual answer all my questions and clear my
fears before we go into the Theatre. As per cost, am only going to pay for the cost of
materials to be used and not for the procedure. TIA.

He might likely died of gangrene. Whoever is bitten on finger, thumb or toe could have gangrene infection. And if not treated on time could lead to death or in some cases amputation. It is the seizure of blood supply to that part of the body bitten.
However, autopsy should be conducted on him to know the exact cause of death.
