Nne biko resist every temptation especially if it's unhealthy (Refined Sugar and Flour). Am also lying down. Funny thing is my tummy is fool but my mouth is looking for something to chew. Am reserving my 2 tablets of Sugarless chewing gum for evening/night when the sweet craving and mouth hunger is usually very high and too difficult for me to bear. I decided to cut down my gum for hunger mgt to 2 tabs per day. Once I take charge back, I'll ditch it cos it's not even so healthy in itself and will continue to remind me of what sugar tastes like. We must succeed.

I have had a few people tell me to stop taking Schweppes, and other bitter lemon drinks because of the quinine content. They said it washes off pregnancy at the very early stage.

my dear quinine is safe for use in preggy. Its a drug of choice.
wen it causes mc is in high doses. So pple use d high dose to commit dat.
note I said 1 bottle wich she ll sip thru out d day n ofcourse not regular.
1 bottle content of swchepps is not upto d therapeutic dose.
Its always good to b safe too.

Hello Fruitful Mothers,I have been trying to get pre grab for several months all to no avail. I did a hormonal test and the said showed that I have high prolactin .i was on med from the gnae and it messed my period up.
I saw a very heavy period last week, and it lasted for 7 - 8 days.On the last day of the period I was sitting I noticed something just pushed out from my vagina, I was so scared.when I checked I saw something that looks like a chunk of liver, never seen such before.

my experience last month wit supplements was very wonderful.
Since September last yr my period shifted frm 28 to 26 days. I wasn't bothered.
But in December instead of 4days e flow 2days. Not even 2 complete days n was a lil scanty. Same in January same February
I bought evergreen woman wit vitex. Took it tho missed few days.
my period showed on cd29. Didnt flow as much as normal but at least d date is within range.
this march I used ginger-acv-honey tea frm cd4 to jus b4 ovulation n takin supplements so I ll see how month end go b
