Thanks for your suggestion but its not working however a friend help check the 2 fuse and found that when he tried to use wire to bridge the fuse,one of it came and the inverter came on but the wire used became hot so he removed it saying something might be causing the fuse to cut which he cant identify since he is not fully into it. so still dont know what that is and very careful to give it to someone that wont damage other things. BTW a 600W solar panels connected 2 x 300W on an MPPT would great as
1. You have used the sized panels to charge right

2. 40A is recommended at 12V max. Output is 520W anyways oversizing of 80W got nothing on you

3. Please note that for a 12V system... Expansion isn't as dynamic as higher voltage systems.

all are inverters, when u go to oshodi where they repair these inverters, u will find out that many inverters too have problems or damages, theres was a time i went to arena to repair my soeuer charger ,at the guys shop, i saw so many damaged inverters and charger, since i started using a surge protector for the main source that leads to ups, charger etc, i have not had any problem with my ups, just get a digital surge protector

I think the Luminous maxes out at 14.4v charge voltage though. Most flooded batteries prefer a high voltage charge and may die early if they are not absorbed and equalized at a sufficiently high voltage.
