Please how can I extend my standard visitor visa? The visa will expire in October, I have not been able to travel owing to Covid-19.

Please I have a valid visa in an international passport due to expire in December. I have obtained a new passport. Can I travel with the old passport since its validity is now less than 6 months? Or travel with both? or how do I move the valid visa to my new passport which was just recently renewed?

I would have traveled in April when it was still 8 months to expiration but owing to Covid-19 I could not.
