Romance / A Girl He Helped Wants To Destroy Him Completely. by DonFebzyBlog(m): 6:25pm On May 07, 2020
I have this friend who has a bar and restaurant in Togo. Before he opened the bar he has like a mini supermarket but the supermarket was run dry by the girl he was dating then. The thing is that those French girls take all Nigerians (Igbo like they call all Nigerians) as bag of lajan (money).

After he broke up with the girl, he opened his bar and restaurant and was taking care of it himself as he had no worker yet. Then one day a young girl approached him begging that she really need a job and explained too many stories of what she is passing through as she has no parents. So out of pity this guy accepted her for the job as a sales girl but said he could only pay her 25,000cfa per month. She was excited and accepted the job and even insisted that she was ready to start that very day.

That day she started working at the bar and the next day she worked till late because of much customers. Later that night it rained and because it was late she said she couldn't go home so this guy took her home to eat and pass the night there. Obviously when she got to his house, because he had taken much drink, she seduced him and he fell for it. After sleeping with her, she started telling him her life story and how her parents died. She also told him how she has been suffering to survive and how one of her village person was using her for prostitution and eating the money. She pleaded so much with this guy that she wants to be a changed girl and work to sustain herself. Because they have had sex already she started begging this guy that she doesn't mind being with him knowing that he isn't married and lives in a comfortable house.

This guy saw through her pain and he also needed a woman around him who will take care his home and also his bar. Then he took her in as his girlfriend, went to see her uncles in their village so that everyone knows that he wants to marry her. She told him that since they are now dating and he wants to marry her there was no need for him to be paying her salary again. He accepted and started taking good care of her. Everyone could actually the the cases in her life from when she started working and how she started looking fresher and more beautiful.

But after some months things started getting out of hand. This girl was busy stealing all the money from the bar, cheating on this guy and things became very difficult for this guy. So he decided to find a guy that will manage the bar and he removed the girl from the bar but also took out some money to enrol her in a tailoring school so that she can become a fashion designer and was also planning to buy her a sewing machine that she can use to practice at home. Its like this arrangement didn't go down well with the girl because now she had no means to steal money again. She started creating all sort of problem till one day, he kept money from his rent and when his landlord came to collect the money, he realized the money has been stolen. This girl lies more than the devil and will even swear with her late parents and her life. There was a day she did something wrong and lied confidently about it, swearing and said she will use her blood but after everything she later confessed to it.

To cut the story short, when she stole the rent money, the guy got upset and said he has tried and taken a lot from the girl. He chased her out of the house to either bring the money or not return to the house. Thinking this girl will be sober and apologize even if she has used the money, she did the unthinkable. She ran to police station to get the police paper they call convocation which is an order for you to appear at the police station. When he got to the police station, the lies this girl put on his head was unbelievable. She said they never dated and she was his servant for the 10 months they have been together and he never paid her salary. She even said he use to force her to sleep with her and that her family members are not aware that she was with him.

They have ordered the guy to pay her 250,000cfa for the 10 months which he has agreed to pay and he doesn't want to see her anywhere near his house or bar again. She left since but after a week or so she seem to have realized she can never see such opportunity in her life again and she is begging. I have warned the guy not to even think about accepting her back because I believe she might be planning something bigger that might put this guy in prison for a very long time.

My people, these are some of the things we see outside our country. Many people want to always travel to hustle but they won't understand that the life outside is not always rosy. If your parents are not capable of sponsoring you to go oversea for studies and you say you want to travel out of Nigeria anyhow to go and hustle, please always think twice before you carry your bag and go. There is hardly any help for you except you are very lucky.

First of all, the story of that police lady is false. Don't say what you do not know op. It wasn't a Nigerian that did that.

Let me tell you few reasons why most South Africans hate Nigerians.. Some of our brothers here are into dirty businesses which one of them is using their young girlz for prostitution.. Some Nigerians here especially my Igbo brothers will give these young girlz drugs and you know what happens when you take drugs, you get hooked for life.

Some Nigerians are very disrespectful to their hosts. They think they 're in Nigeria where they can do anyhow. I know about 4 Benin guys who 're currently in jail right now for sleeping with 16yrs old girlz. Nigeria is always in the news here for crimes and coupled with the fact that some other black African nationals who live here now take advantage of the fact that Nigerians are always on the news they now disguise themselves as Nigerians too and start doing crimes

I totally understand what you have said and that's same thing happening in Togo. I see the attitude of some Nigerians as well and sometimes I try to caution them but they hardly want to hear. Now that news you said is false and this one I just posted as well might be false, but do you understand the message am trying to pass? The fact that Nigerians are always being tagged to these kind of stuff is not good but they will keep doing that if we the Nigerians in other countries don't respect ourselves. There are so many good people doing good in other countries without getting involved in something that is crime, but you understand that those who do these bad things end up making innocent people pay for it because they are already tagging us that way.

The disrespectful behavior of some Nigerians outside is very sad. Sometimes I meet Nigerians who will be shouting and insulting the Togolese that they don't have sense and if they were in Nigeria that person can't talk to them that way and then I wonder, they didn't invite you to their country, if Nigeria was that comfortable for you why relocate to somewhere you less comfortable?

To an extent it's very sad but many people commenting on this failed to get the message am passing and think I am just blogging a false news. Am not a blogger that looks for stories to tell, my blog is a personal blog about my own experience so those calling me a hungry blogger would notice I won't say much anymore if you really don't get the simple message I passed.

mr blogger. this video is almost 7 years old. you hungry bloggers need to stop this nonsense... false news

Did you read what I wrote at all or your just decided to show your ignorance for a very simple thing? Can you see the date written in the picture I posted? Whether the video was 7 years ago or whatever, are you too ignorant to see that the issue was raised in a South African facebook group on the 20th of June and Nigerians were being tagged for it?

If it is very hard for you to understand something the best thing to do is ask questions and not try to ask too intelligent when you actually know nothing.

This was shared in a South African facebook group and before you know you will start hearing stories of other innocent Nigerians being killed just because of the carelessness of our own brothers. Some few weeks back a Nigerian guy in SA slept with a South African police officer, recorded it with a hidden camera and later released it online. The police officer who was a married woman got to find out and shot the Nigerian man straight in his head.

Now this is another situation that was just posted on facebook were the lady involved is upset and Nigeria is being tagged to the act. You ask a lady to dance for you in your house and you video it then post it online without her consent. If the guy who did this is killed tomorrow or some other innocent Nigerians are attacked because of this, we that are not there will say they are treating us very bad.

What does it really take for you who have the opportunity to be in another man's land to just show some level of respect to them, keep your head straight and focus on achieving something good in order to return back home peacefully and do something good back home.

Crime / Re: Igbo, Nigerian Traders Attacked In Togo (Photos, Video) by DonFebzyBlog(m): 12:40pm On Jun 21, 2019
Metrixnews:
Togolese have reportedly harassed Nigerian citizens, particularly Igbo men who do business in their country over a minor disagreement involving a middle aged Igbo man and a Togolese lady, ABN TV reports.

Trouble started when both whom we gathered were lovers could not reconcile their disagreement on Monday June 17.

This later led to a physical combat between the duo, causing bodily harm on both parties.

The Togolese lady was said to have mobilised some suspected thugs in the area to beat up the boyfriend who was lucky to hear about the plan and fled.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRZ4QC0tcq4

Frustrated by their inability to see their target, the thugs allegedly resorted to destroying houses belonging to Igbo men, searching for them to retaliate the injury inflicted on their citizen.

It was gathered that the thugs invaded houses where Igbo men lived an beat them up, tied them with ropes till the police later came.

SOURCE: https://www.abnews247.com/2019/06/how-togolese-nationals-allegedly-harass-igbo-traders-threatened-to-kill-them-graphic-photosvideo/

The guys beaten in the video also lived in the same compound with the guy who caused the problem and fled. Because they didn't see the guy and they knew other Nigerians stay in the same house they decided to attack the other Nigerians.
As we speak they are well taken care in the hospital by the government and well secured by heavily armed military men in order to ensure the issue doesn't escalate. The girl who called the thugs is still at large and the are looking for her while some of the thugs who were involved in this act have been arrested and will face the law for their actions.

Togo is a very peaceful country but it is no news that some Nigerians do mishave. However the act was really bad and has been well taken care of in order to avoid further attacks on peaceful Nigerians doing good business in Togo.

So at this place I went to chill out, they play good French music and sell some nice roasted chicken wings with hot green pepper. I decided to take some drinks with the chicken wings and enjoy myself because one can not live life without a little bit of fun added to it. While I ordered the chicken wings, the woman selling it told me to go and relax, when it's ready she will bring it to me so I did just that and few minutes later, a your beautiful girl brought it to me. I was immediately attracted to her smile and the sound of her soft voice when she greeted me in French. The very first thing I had to ask her was if she speaks English and she said she speaks and understand small small lol. So now at least that one gave me small ginger and confidence to collect her number. As a matter of fact I had to order another round of the hot roasted chicken wings because I wanted the young girl to come and serve me again which she did so I asked her some few questions and discovered she was the daughter of the woman who runs the roasted chicken wings business. Unfortunately that day the girl refused to give me her number and told me she doesn't have a phone but I knew that was a big fat lie. I decided to become a very good and regular customer to that place and with time the girls mum started liking me so from there I was able to sometimes leave little change with the girl anytime she serves me. One day I then decided to ask her for her number again and this time, as a very good customer who she has noticed always come alone and don't womanize there decided to give me her number and that was how we started chatting. I then fixed a date with her and took her to one Nigerian spot where they sell nkwobi, that very place I paid isi ewu for that my chairman that gave me 50k to start life. She enjoyed every bit of our outing and she fell in love with the fact that I was very caring lol.
As time went by her mum got to know we were now dating because whenever I go to that joint, the young girl likes to always come and sit with me if she is free and we get to talk and laugh. Even the quantity of roasted chicken wings the mum gives me had to increase as a confirmed in-laws lol and just like that on a very good day she said she wasn't feeling to strong and she had not seen her period so we went for a test and of course we were both actively very fertile, she was pregnant. I had promised myself that I was never going to be part of an abortion and so far I could buy pampers and baby food with the way God has been by my side so YES let the baby come and daddy will be glad to welcome you.
I had to officially meet her parents and they gave me a list of drinks and stuffs I will have to buy and take her as my wife. Without wasting time I did that and since I didn't have my physical family in Togo, the two guys who first gave me accommodation in Togo stood as my brothers and family and everything went well because one of them is already married to a Togolese and they have two kids, a boy and a girl.

Now remember in all this period I was still living in the house with Ronaldo's brother because my rent had not expired so trust me, I still had some terrible experience living in that house with my wife which I will talk a little about in part 6.

When the seed you plant becomes a tree, don’t complain about its fruits.

You may feel you made sense but trust me you didn't make any sense. There is no point arguing with you because it's very obvious you may not have crossed the borders of Nigeria before and maybe you have no single idea what it feels like to leave your country to another man's land. Talking about colonization at this point is something that really makes no sense and shows your level of understanding in regards to colonization. But still it's your own opinion and I can't change it so you can live with it. Who you help self

When you leave your country to another man's country, you should always learn to respect yourself and be humble no matter what they do. These attitudes is not only damaging the image of other Nigerians there but will affect him someday in future there.

One of the reasons I didn't have time for ladies was mainly because they hardly speak English so it was very difficult to express your innermost feeling to the ones I came across that I liked. There were certain places I met different ladies I tried to make friends with but their lack of understanding English didn't make things flow properly and one thing about the Togolese people is that they refer to every Nigerian as igbo. The moment you speak English to them and they observe you don't understand their language they just presume you are igbo and they are very scared of Nigerians because of so many bad things some Nigerians have done to them ladies like impregnating them and running away or promising them marriage when they know they have a wife back in Nigeria. Most of the girls that really don't care dating a Nigeria guy are mainly those who just want to benefit from the guy because they always see Nigerian guys as too much money people. This is really not their fault because of the way some guys spend carelessly on the ladies because a normal Togolese don't know how to spend on a woman.

With that being said, when I started making some money I had a Nigerian friend that always wanted to hang out with me when am free. She was a really nice girl but we couldn't have a relationship because she was a street hustler if you understand what I mean. Though she wanted to stop doing that and she always advices me alot because I had told her my story and how I came to Togo and she also told me hers how she came from Mali. Her hopes was to go to Europe but the whole thing failed so she had to come to Togo to hustle some money and return back to Nigeria. To a point I did try to assist her in the best way I can and even the day she was about going back to Nigeria, she called me that some money she was expecting which she wanted to use as her transport didn't come to I had to assist her and she went back to Nigeria. She was like the only female friend I had then at the time and it was unfortunate she had left before I got a house because that was something she was always advising me to do. For a long while now we haven't been in touch but I believe where ever she is now she should be acting on some of the advices I gave her and she would be living a more decent life.

One day Ronaldo's brother brought one Nigerian girl to the house and she came with her Nigerian friend as well. They were students so I was friendly with both of them and I got attracted to her friend and thought maybe I should give it a try. So that day I decided to take all of them out to have a nice time and so we went to a nice outdoor bar to chill. Everything flowed very well especially because Ronaldo's brother had introduced them to me as his chairman and elder brother even when he is my age mate and wey bigger than me in body structure lol. After the whole outing they went home and I got to always chat with the friend I took her number. On a certain day they both cooked rice and chicken and brought to the house and in my mind I was like see this girl wants to show wife material already but I will still have to observe.

Just as I expected, she just showed one very silly character that I don't need in a serious lady. She called me one day to come see her in her place so I decided to go. Getting there I chilled with her at home for a while then I decided we go to a fast food restaurant I saw somewhere along the road. We got there and I ordered chicken wings and chips with a drink for her and this cost almost about 5k cfa just for her alone and I also took something. The place was quite expensive but then I loved the soft environment and services. While we were there talking she mentioned something about her going to do her hair so I thought she was trying to explain why she came out with just her natural hair which to me didn't look bad. I told her it will be nice to see her new look when she does it and we just continued talking about other things. Time to go she helped me get a taxi, I hugged her and told her I will chat her when I get home and I left because her place isn't far from there.

You would not imagine that by the time I got home and wanted to just chat her to tell her I was home I observed she had blocked me. I was trying to figure out what really happened or maybe it was a mistake or something so I told Ronaldo's brother to call his girl to be sure my supposed girl is okay. After his called because they were speaking igbo I didn't understand what they said but he told me that my supposed girl wasn't around so later when she comes his girl will find out. Already I knew something wasn't right and I knew Ronaldo's brother to be a First Class graduate of lying education and possibly doing his masters in international lying. I didn't bother myself anyway and I decided to forget the girl and move on until some few days later when Ronaldo's girlfriend came over and she told me why her friend blocked me. Her friend said I was a stingy guy because I left without giving her transport to her house that was just a stone throw away and she told me about her hair and I did nothing about it, can you imagine. A guy that can spend almost 10k cfa for just hanging out with you is now stingy because you told me you were going to do your hair and I said it will be nice to see, not that you asked me for assistance and I said no. I didn't give you money for transport to your house that is just few minutes walking distance from where we were and then you blocked me. That was the last time I ever saw the girl till this day and I bless God who has been guiding me all along for making me not get into a relationship that probably would have destroyed me when I know how I started and what I have been through.

I moved on and decided to strike out anything woman from my mind as a whole for that time until one faithful day I went out to have my own quiet time somewhere and it seemed God had already designed everything that way.

This was were I met my wife and I will be back to tell more about it lol.

We finally got a room and parlor in a compound were there were other people living in it as well. Being that I am a foreigner and I don't speak French or their local language, I always tried as much as possible to respect myself. We finished the house nicely with AC and nice plasma TV with dstv so we can always watch the premier league indoors. At first things were flowing very well but there is sometime in life that always befall a man when he decides to be greedy. This Ronaldo's elder brother decided to find other connect in Ghana to be supplying goods and then he was doing that with his own people that import and he was making some cool cash. Before I could know anything, some other of his friends who wanted to get close to me haven seen how much I have helped certain people approached me and started telling me how this guy has been telling people that he taught me the business and we house we are staying he was the one who rented, furnished it and allowed me to stay with him for a year before I could get my own place. Honestly I was really shocked but at the end I didn't say anything to him and I was just living my life peacefully. He realised I started refusing to follow him to hang out like we did before and I referred taking Ronaldo with me when I want to hang out. He started bringing different girls to the house regularly to the point that he would tell them to bring their friend so that they hook her up with me, but I wasn't that stupid, because anytime they try to do that I will be no where around the house till its late and I just come home to sleep. Even if he was telling people it was his house one thing I knew for sure was that it was actually my house because I paid almost all the rent and I was paying the bills as well especially when he is broke as his own business wasn't flowing as much as mine and he was a careless spender, so I can enter my house anytime I choose to and there is no way on earth he can ever lock me outside no matter the time I return.
Some how on his own he got to find out that I have heard what he told people and decided to apologize and started introducing me to his people as his chairman and elder brother lol, imagine my age mate calling me his elder brother all because now he wasn't making money like that as his customers in Ghana only makes orders once in a blue moon unlike mine that is regular and I also have a big customer I still supply hair attachment so you should know we were so not in the same level. One thing our neighbors always tell me is that they have never met a Nigerian as cool headed and as friendly and humble as I was. They could practically do anything for me like even wash my clothes and sometimes offer me food but I always refused the food. But for the guy staying with me, they didn't really like him that much because they always say he acts very pompous like he is the richest guy meanwhile they know I am the one who has more money but I don't behave like that lol.
Well in all of this I just kept my cool all the time and my target was just to spend the one year I had to spend and get a place only me will stay and if possible a place they call villa in Togo which is a house only you stay in the whole compound. Because of the kind of heart I have and what I remember I have been through, I did my best to help alot of Nigerian guys here in Togo who were in the street suffering.
Honestly speaking, there are so many guys living in very terrible conditions in Togo as well just as in Ghana. The troubling part is when you get to hear some of their stories how they made lots of money from yahoo and how they were living large, buying cars and renting houses for girls but today they have no homes and can hardly feed. All the girls they spent their money on have all moved on and are nowhere to be found. If you see some of them and they tell you this person was once swimming in millions you will hardly believe because of the way they look. At a point I could practically not go to certain places because they are there everytime waiting for me to show up and also have that confidence that once they see me they must get something to eat. Though I didn't find it as much of a problem helping people but then I also know how I came and what I have been through, so I am also careful not to find myself in the street again.

So from all my write up so far, someone asked me why I never said anything about ladies and anything relationship. Well what I can say is that throughout my stay in Ghana and up to this time I had a house with Ronaldo's elder brother, I never had anything to do with a woman because of all the circumstances. But I later thought it necessary to have a woman beside me at this point and the part 4 of my write up which is next will be about my relationship.

Okay I decided to continue as part 3 so that I don't make each page very long.

After the meeting we had, I began to search for a place in a peaceful environment to rent. Meanwhile there was a guy who was a footballer as well but was old than Ronaldo and probably about my age so Ronaldo took him as an elder brother way before I can to join him in that room. I remember then when I just arrived and I was really suffering, he would just come inside the room anyhow, see me and be asking me "how are you, where is my boy". The "how are you" alone felt so rude but I couldn't say anything because I cared less in that my situation. When I started making some money, I noticed how the greeting changed and whenever he comes to see Ronaldo he started greeting me with respect like "Bro good evening, or bro I greet you, abeg were my boy". I wasn't surprised anyway but then I also cared less because I didn't have his time in the first place.

So it happened that this guy (I will be addressing him as Ronaldo's elder brother) started coming to our room regularly and before I knew he gave Ronaldo his small TV and Dvd so that we can watch movies in the room. Something already told me immediately that all this action is just to find a way to obtain favour because he obviously has seen changes and Ronaldo had stopped going to help him wash his clothes or clean his small room just to get small money to eat, the way he was doing before. One day this Ronaldo's brother summoned the courage to meet me and started explaining one story for the gods and who ran away with with money worth millions, he was even crying as he was talking so in my mind I was like if only this guy knew he was learning when it comes to professional pity face begging, he would start laughing at himself. Everything he was saying was just entering one ear and flying out of the other ear with the speed of light. I just waited for him to finish and then I asked him what he wants me to do for him and then he said he had not eaten well since the day before and things are very rough for him. That was how I gave him 5k then to hold body. From that day he starter coming very close and that was how somehow we started really talking properly and being that he had been in Togo a very long time, he started taking to certain places so that I really get to know Togo well. As at the time Ronaldo brought that Ghana business to me, he had first of all told this his elder brother who didn't ginger the matter the way I did. So when I had already started the business with the customer in Ghana, this Ronaldo's elder brother now wanted to be involved by all means so there are other people he knows in the market that import clothings as well. He normally started giving me samples of those people's stock so that I also show my customer so luckily for him, the are also some of his samples the customer would order and then he started making some cash too.

So fast forward to where I started, now I was looking for a place to move into, I told Ronaldo and this his elder brother so that they help me look out in case they find anything. But along the line Ronaldo's elder brother came up with one story of having issues in his house and brought up the idea of both of us getting a one bedroom flat to manage together at least for a year so that we get to save more money and then get our separate houses. I saw that as a very good idea that might also be beneficial to me, after all I was staying with someone in a small room so myself and someone in a room and parlor would be okay at least for a year so that I can even save up some more money as we both have to be sharing the bills equally. Not in my wildest imagination did I ever imagine that this decision I have just taken was a very big mistake.
