PoliticsRe: FAMILY PLANNING: The Salutary Panacea To Our National Development [ARTICLE] by donguutti:
Education is the solution to the issue of high birth rates and the the consequent problems of population explosion.
Educated individual(women especially) tend to make better decisions as pertaining to how many children they do have.
The countries you mentioned have those low birth rates not because of some Bill but due to more educated women.

A Good example is Iran, where the birth rates in The 1980's was 6-7 per woman , but crashed to 1.6 in 2008-2009,
No bill was involved , just more educated women trying to balance having a career and having a home/kids.The same
also applies to Turkey.more educated women tend to know about all these thing the bill wants to Promote without the
need to regulate under 18 and over 35 women from being pregnant.

Girls over smart sha wink
she has simply and stylishly told other girls on this forum to keep off her man -he's taken

It has little to do with Eze Promoe's 'randy' and flirtatious e-character grin

PoliticsRe: Married But Stateless by donguutti: 5:50am On Nov 15, 2012
This issue has less to do with the State of origin Question or married women but more with the knowing our laws question.
The issue of justice olo, is one of ignorance and not knowing the laws. The Civil service law states that when
a female civil servant marries her services are transferred to her Husband state of Origin(if different) and thus she
becomes a citizen and worker of that state and the Appointment of judges from states to the Federal level
is based on the civil service Law.

If Abia state said she cant represent them on that level- that would be illegal as she is a citizen by
marriage and has worked in the Abia civil service. The principle of Federal Character has no place in this debate
as the justice is from Abia state by MArriage. This bring me back to the issue of our Governments and Judiciary
being the cause of all our Woes.

IF the primary upholders of our Laws (The various levels of Government) do not seem to know much about how then can they
uphold it and If the Interpreters of our Laws(the Judiciary) do not seem to know where and how to interpret the Laws as pertaining
to some issues , how are we to trust them. After they would blame us for not obeying the same Laws which they do not know or
know how to interpret. In other climes this issue would have been Handled in a narrow way by asking,

1.Is a citizen of the said state?
2.Did she transfer her services to the Said state in Accordance with the Civil service Laws.

She is Not stateless rather WE ARE LAWLESS
PoliticsRe: How Do You Rate Nigeria's Press? by donguutti: 5:15pm On Nov 13, 2012
Okija -juju -

Bros u stole my post, Nigerian press is lazy, no original stories, copying all the time from
foreign press, even with issues concerning Nigeria.Mostly Non-articulate and giving to the promotion
of sentimentalism.Very few analytical insights and investigative journalism is at the best Dead.

But then they are a just reflection of the Nigerian society. So everything i wrote up there applies to
most of us.

Nigeria and the Arab nations would be screwed, and when the isrealis
start harnessing their own shale reserves, then most of our foreign markets
would be gone.

oil fields of late.

RomanceRe: Reason Why Women Are So Complicated. by donguutti: 8:00am On Nov 09, 2012
Men should try to understand them, then every woman will seem a bit ‘less complicated’.
And how are we to do that,to understand guys ,you just need to watch a Football game and everything is made clear
we are that simple,But for women, its impossible,Personally i have tried to understand them more, interacting
with more women, watched all seasons of desperate housewives,OPRAH and many other female ish ***worst kind of torture possible****.
But still i find myself understanding less about women.

Adam is the cause of this misunderstanding, if only he were awake when GOD was creating eve.
Even women do not understand women. The only thing that works for me is trying to understand their present
emotional state, which is quite difficult especially if she is pregnant or in her bleeding period.
PoliticsRe: FG Unveils $9.3bn External Borrowing Plan by donguutti: 9:23am On Nov 06, 2012
I have a feeling that this government is in a hurry to rush us into more debt, dont they
know the evil called interest rates?, they keep telling us about low debt to GDP ration , while we
keep on having debt servicing costs as the highest part of our Budget(591 bn!!! ).BTW no one is telling us
what critical infrastructure is.Even documents from the DMO site show current debt obligations of the
FG surpasses the Figures being reeled out here.

Well if the debt issue turns ugly in the future we can always blame Yar'Adua.

RomanceRe: Do You Think It's Easier Being A Male Or Female? by donguutti:
As a male, i would say its more difficult being a Female,
1. the thought of having a monthly bleeding cycle is a NO for me

2.The specter of having a pot-belly for 9 months only( i prefer longer durations), Ante-natal , Labor etc ,
is just too much for me.
3.The possibility of a baby sucking my breasts gives me goose bumps. (What if a problem child bites my nipples)

4.The prospects of wearing high heels , mini skirts(with my hairy legs) is just to scary to imagine .

Females especially mothers tend to think, care and worry alot........i dont have the strength to do all that.
BABA G_D, if i would be reincarnated in my next life, please dont make me a female, i am not strong enough.
Even if its not possible for me to return as a guy , then i prefer to be a TREE, a Rubber Tree in particular,
*******at least i would be used as raw material in making latex and ******* grin grin
RomanceRe: Kissing A Lady With Lipstick. by donguutti: 10:50pm On Nov 02, 2012
pendo89: Many lipstick brands contain very harmful ingredients besides lead. In addition to lead, lipsticks may contain:

Formaldehyde-a preservative and known carcinogen
Mineral oil-a substance known to block pores
Talc
Parabens-known carcinogens used as a preservative.
Bismuth oxychloride-a known carcinogen

Lead is not added as an ingredient in the lipstick manufacturing process, but it comes from the colorant used or is the by-product of the lipstick making process.

Even small amounts of lead over time amounts to a significantly unsafe level of lead exposure. Lead is a neurotoxin, adversely affecting the nerves and can cause brain damage and behavioral, learning and language problems; can lower IQ or intelligence quotient, can cause hormonal imbalance, can delay the onset of puberty; can cause infertility and miscarriage, and believe it or not, it increases aggression.

Unbelievable, carcinogens and all.............kissing a lady with or without lipstick has little or no effects on the kissing,
Unless you are kissing a lady who is not yours, then it would be advisable to kiss without lipstick,No evidence and
even if you kiss with a lipstick make sure you dont get any lipstick stains on your shirt.
RomanceRe: 7 Types Of Men A Nigeria Woman Will Not Date, Read More by donguutti: 12:46pm On Oct 25, 2012
toria12: 7 Types Of Men A Nigerian Woman Will NOT DATE

1. Broke/unemployed men. Nigerian women do not like broke men. They see their man as a relfection of their status. A reflection of what their beauty was able to purchase. The more beautiful they feel they are, the wealthier their husband should be. Often times, personality, looks, and character are ignored all in the name of wealth.
Are you saying No nigerian woman is dating an unemployed man?

2. Handsome men. In most case the richest men are not the most attractive looking men, but ironically enough, that works in the favor of many. Although a Nigerian woman may find you attractive, that does not mean that she wants to settle down with you. She will be thinking of her life with you in the long run. She does not want to spend the rest of her life beating other women away from you.So all the married and dating men in Nigeria are UGLY!!!

3. A man with a controlling mother. Nigerian women like to feel as though they are the ultimate queens of their households. It is impossible for one to feel like such when there is an overbearing mother in law constantly barking orders over their shoulders all day long.So all those married women who complain about their overbearing mother-inlaws are married to themselves.

4. A man who shows his sensitivity in PUBLIC. Nigerian women do not mind it if you cry. They do not expect you to be strong every day of the year, but what they do expect you to do is to always put on a show for the outsiders. Because once again, you serve as a direct representation of her. Of what she is worth, what she can capture with what she is offering. So save your tears for at night during bed time, when she can hold you in her arms. Never in front of others.

5. Nigerian women don't like predictable men because they know exactly how he'll react to everything. He follows formulas and never wants to do anything differently. For example, he'd never surprise a woman by spontaneously taking her out for the night.Hell no, what wife would not like to be able to predict when her husband wants to cheat

6. If you are a cheap man and you are not ready to spend money on a woman, please, pack your bags and move to another country, because if you are going to be with a Nigerian woman, you better be prepared to let go of your wallet. Nigerian women don't necessarily want your MONEY. But they do want to see how far you will go for them. How much you are willing to spend on THEM and not anybody else.

7. Nigerian women do not want to date the village clown. You get so nervous around women that you can't resist the impulse to resort to clownish behaviour. Some women might find you hilariously entertaining but in general your joker image and penchant for uncontained "humour" does not endear you to the women you want to be in a relationship with. Most women do not take you seriously - and a majority worry about how they are going to introduce you to their friends and family. Women want a man who can be respected by their friends and family.i Guess all the nervous , clowny NIgerian Men must be married to Cameroonians
All these topics about the types of Men Nigerian women want, are becoming tiresome.

" ^^
proffmanue: Their findings cannot really work: How will they trick the virus in patients to expose the vulnerable glycan?
what they should do is "present the most constantly expressed HIV antigens to professional antigen presenting cells so that immune system can mount the right response.
""""We were surprised to find that the virus that caused infection in many cases did not have this antibody target on its outer covering,” said Morris.

"But over time, the virus was pressured by [the] body's immune reaction to cover itself with the sugar that formed a point of vulnerability, and so allowed the development of antibodies that hit that weak spot," he added.""""
Probably by boosting the body's immune system(somehow) or reducing the viral load with retroviral drugs which also boost the immune system,

Hopefully, a possible vaccine but not a cure, another thing is to get the Goddamned virus not
to mutate into another form that might render the expected vaccine ineffective. One question i would
like to ask the researchers is if the women who produced these HIV killing antibodies are now, HIV negative
or Did the killing of the virus just reduced the viral load.

BTW too much repetition in the article seemed you ctrl V(pasted it) ,twice

Mynd_44: There is noting to endure. She should really consider herself and kids right now cos her husband does not care if she exists again
and he told you that? considering her kids, what do you think she has been doing?.

Mynd_44: Endure? Seriously you guys are just aaarrrrrrggghhhh. So she should just sit down and be sad and depressed right? This can drive someone insane hope you realise that?
She says getting a divorce is not an option, we dont know her reasons for that, but she asked for a way forward
and if divorce isn't one of them, we should suggest other options to her.Divorce should always be the last option.
RomanceRe: Way Forward For A Me In A Marriage Of Lies by donguutti: 6:22pm On Oct 19, 2012
wow, tough one there,

you say divorce is not an option(probably for the sake of your kids), as you and your husband are
well respected in church, why dont you raise the issue with your minister.Creating a "happy state of
mind" for yourself by daydreaming about your friend wont satisfy you for long and it might lead to infidelity.

My advice to you -why not try his BB game on him and see how it affects him(no cheating though),if he loves
you and gets jealous , then he might see the pain he is causing you, if not well.............

Endure .
