Am using Sony Xperia z3 to type this comment. I've used so many phones but sony Xperia z3 is the best machine for now. Talk of the speed, the battery durability, the camera quality, the waterproof ability, the super ram size. I can go on n on bro. U can never regret owning the phone. Get a glass screen protector immediately you buy the phone cos the screen is very flexible and expensive. I once changed my screen for about 25k but it's worth it. I also have an iPhone 5s but u can't even compare it with Sony Xperia cos Sony beats d iPhone hands down

I don't think you'll get official Samsung Android 6.0 software for those phones. but if you're interested in custom ROMs ,then Google xda forums and search for threads on your phones...all the best
