Just did a rough sample search of the Obio/Akpor votes uploaded on the IREV portal it's too obvious that Wike over cooked the votes. The few results I've seen show the Labour party winning clearly. Rivers will most likely be cancelled in favour of Obi but that's about the best he can get I think .

I think this would be like falling dominos, a pack of cards.

If one bad result is reversed and awarded to the right owner, then definitely the rest will follow suit immediately.

The onus lies on the LP litigation team to keep bringing evidence of definite false results.

Precedence is important in judgement. The minute they reverse a result. Everything starts falling into place and Obi gets back his mandate..

And again, very important to note the maths of the rigging. In rivers state now for instance, where clearly Obi won, but not only was his votes removed, it was awarded to APC, a judgement will mean, as Obi gets his real numbers up, APC's numbers fall.

So at the end, if theoretically, Obi has 1 million votes that were denied him, that value is 2 million, because for every votes he's awarded, an APC's vote is reversed.

Interesting times ahead.. let's see how the court denies this clear injustice.

Knowing that urban areas overwhelmingly voted for Obi, they are using the state capital results on the INEC irev portal to prove the rigging.

Ekiti, Bauchi, oyo, portharcourt and kogi have already proven that Obi scored more votes in the capital alone than was awarded to him in the whole state..

Is there any visible strategy or pattern to the litigation? That's, with the obvious and clear evidence of rigging at hand, how could these be used to effect change?

Labour Party won my Polling Unit for Presidential though PDP won at other levels. On the IReV, only a picture of the the signature of the INEC agent at the bottom with a the number of accredited voters is uploaded. Not the voting result itself.
My lady's PU result hasn't been uploaded yet but Obi won there too.

Since Saturday, a temporary situation room website by the Labour Party could have been built to upload the collated results.

Even if you don't want to go through the hassle of coding everything, TypeForms has conditional upload features which can be customised to select state, LGA, Ward and PU to upload evidence, and everything can be viewed in the backend as CSV while embedded to the website. 48 hours and everything is ready.

That would be more coordinated and leaves less margin of error during collation.

Labor already has a situation room ready. They've made it clear they're getting ready for litigation.

The aim of involving the general public is for verification purposes and perhaps some deep rural parts of Nigeria where they did not have an agent. Somewhere like maybe yobe state or even zamfara.

The aim is primarily pointing out that the election is rigged. For instance some northern states where they were giving Obi 5,000, or 9,000 votes . They've already discovered he got more than double those amounts and these are necessary for the percentages.

Dayo did not have boundaries during that period but he has slowed down. He is more accommodating and can now be influenced by opinions or positions he did not agree on before. Let me say it this way, he is now open to shifting from the extreme of his position if you make a good case against it.

As in this one is on INEC's website so they can't say it's inadmissible for whatever reason..

If you voted and you don't know the score of your polling unit, please find a way to find out and see if it tallies. People who stay around that polling unit would have known the correct scores that day..
