TrebleChamp:E heee. That explains it better. It's extremely rare to encounter an obidient Yoruba Muslim because the cognitive bias would be extremely strong and most likely effect his judgement. Alas, Edo\benin Muslims are the most liberal moslems in this country. They're almost largely irreligious sef. |
Batists can be extremely deranged sometimes. ![]() https://www.nairaland.com/7723907/why-peter-obi-soon-join |
The nnpc sales is something to look out for assiduously. Tinubu owned oando which nnpc bought few months ago. Now tinubu is about to sell nnpc back with his frontmen positioning themselves to secure this.. Tinubu himself opposed the privatization of nnpc few years back when atiku spoke about this, now he's taking a uturn and indirectly setting his company up for this.

Just look at what we're talking about. What business should the son of the president have with elected officers?? Nigerians are about to witness full state capture by this family. Serious eyes should be on seyi tinubu, folashade tinubu-ojo and remi tinubu. https://www.nairaland.com/7723947/seyi-tinubu-first-son-meets

TrebleChamp:Nothing bro. My respect for you has actually tripled. You fall into a rare demography that stick to their guts and principles no matter what. You triumphed over your own cognitive bias and peer pressure you must have surely encountered in one form or the other and that is commendable. There are definitely very very few obidient Yoruba Muslims. Much respect sir. |
TrebleChamp:Sorry, I'm just curious again. Are you truly a Muslim? Like, seriously? No jokes. |
For those who seek to follow the tribunal proceedings, this is the thread. https://www.nairaland.com/7681231/2023-presidential-election-petitions-tribunal/7 |
We already know that tinubu is a thief!! He steals government resources and allocates them to himself. Let's pray that this short period he's there is not one he uses to accumulate more wealth for himself with our national resources.

Our fears about bat. One with a rich history of state capture and an extreme kleptocrat.
|
patrickmuf:That should be our main focus right now. Removing emefiele was a very easy no-brainer, selecting a knowledgeable, non-corrupt and independent economist is the main Koko that lets us see the path the temporal adminstration wishes to take |
All nigerians should be fully aware that many of the pro APC \tinubu accounts you see here are not casual users and commenters like you and I but a coordinated sophisticated propaganda network that employs people to parrot the party's talking points and attack the opposition. Don't fall prey to the APC's propaganda. Don't let them use your head and influence your opinions. I don't know why more people don't highlight this. Once you see accounts of seunmssg, parachokoo, ilegendheroo, know that these are not casual users but paid propagandists with multiple accounts used to generate "likes" corresponding to similar likes on pro-obi posts. Use your head. |

Useless propagandists at work as usual.

It's one thing removing emefiele, it's another replacing him with someone who will actually be independent and not be a lackey that gives the drug baron direct access to our nation's vault.. The CBN replacement will truly test the theory as to the kind of people indeed bat would surround himself with. We're already seeing how his immediate family is setting themselves up for a kleptocracy. Tinubu's wife, son and daughter are already making so much moves that makes you see a family setting itself up to spread it's tentacles across the political structure of the country. We can only watch and pray with apprehension. |
When buhari started, the same noise was actually made. I remember how we were making noise as to how buhari's "body language" was already setting the tone for a ruthless government. Alas we were disappointed to the highest levels. Propaganda will take you nowhere.

As I said, PROPAGANDA!!!
|
larride:First off, this is off tangent. I don't know who is saying Lagos is a no man's land in the context in which you take it. No one has ever said aworis don't own Lagos state. Secondly, the main issue is about the land ownership rules which he's talking about. When you say, "indigenes should be protected". Which indigenes EXACTLY are you talking about and how EXACTLY should they be protected? Because for example, I'm seeing something like reversal of land ownership rights after 40 years of being purchased, are you in agreement with such?? Larride, let's say, I'm a 40 years old man, born in Lagos to 2 idoma parents, but have lived all my life in Lagos, do I qualify as an indigene of the state and privy to these "protections"? |
liveLongNprospa:The guy was just overwhelmed with being in the presidential villa for the first time in his life. He's apologized for the rubbish he spewed. Imagine praising your opponent who stole your party's election mandate in broad daylight which your party is actively fighting to get back from the courts. |
larride:How far? I've been waiting for your reply in this? You and oasisx, what's your opinion on this proposal from the lagos speaker? Donjazet2:
|
Segedinho:Propaganda overdrive is what it is. I always said we're going to be bombarded with propaganda in this administration. Let's just keep watching and seeing. |
Labour party reprimands erring reps for careless comments.
|
Is there anybody this rabid propagandist will not shill for? |
Oasisx, larride and airmark, what are your opinions on this issue? Do you support this or are you against it?
|
OasisX: |
airmark:Can you tender any evidence like these to back up your claim?
|
Quite an interesting thread on Twitter, highlighting the juxtaposition of our belief systems in our society. https://twitter.com/CharlesEkpo_/status/1666760423691935744?t=vxA0fr1NxeLPZIfjBGb-_Q&s=19

liveLongNprospa:Dayo's wishes finally coming through. |
Quite an interesting thread on Twitter that makes you look at what life really is from various angles. Interesting conversations.
|
iamoyindamola:This right here is the extremism of the left. This is very sad to see. On numerous occasions on this thread, I've asked if anyone has an actual knowledge on transgenderism because I just can't understand it.. What will motivate a human being and make him feel sooo strongly that his natural biological sex is not theirs? And then go forward to put themselves through such a horrific experience?? Mind you, we must indeed condone and recognize their rights to do this but we should not encourage this. I wish I could understand what goes through these people's mind. I really wish I could. |
airmark:Unfortunately he remains a "president" who cheated and rigged his way in!! Don't forget that!! No matter how hard you guys try to normalize this absurdity, what happened on election day in Nigeria can't be forgotten. Hopefully the tribunal reveals the actual results of that day. |
TrebleChamp:Are you Muslim? Your post sounds like one. |
