seankafor: these people are billionaires in naira at the very least
Why should they throw punch
Na foolish people dey throw punch because of politics I think I've covered this narrative before, presidential candidates may be friendly or friends to each other but their CANDIDACY represents totally different things. Things that may be inimical to the well being of the country.. I used Trump and Biden as examples. One attended the other's child marriage to their spouse but their presidencies represent very different things.. If tinubu was not running as a presidential candidate, I'm sure his name an legacy will be much better than it is now. His candidacy has inspired genuine fear amongst the masses because of their experiences with old and sick candidates. So this narrative should really be subdued. The masses fight about candidates, not because of the people they are but because of what they represent. |

Carry on, at this point, this is just a waste of time and I'm yet to see it's purpose. Because I will surely still point out what I see is blatantly wrong.
This whole effort is geared towards discrediting the messenger but it can't work when there is no leg to stand on..
My endsars position can't be linked to support of buhari in any way. I can't be called a tribalist seeing as I have NEVER insulted an entire tribe.
My support and canvassing for Obi is the absolute right and best thing to do.

An apology is what any rational person will issue. I've always sussed this account but only time will tell. As for your point, one person dead is a very sad occurrence but in context of that night, we were hearing that more than 20 to 30 people had died. That whole day was already complete chaos throughout Lagos with vandalism and theft of places with roads being blocked and traffic at a complete standstill and no sense of direction. I argued that the original cause had been massively derailed, then the news of massacre, started filling the air that night, but absolutely no one was sure if what exactly was happening and i called for calm. I saw the parallels between the black lives movement and the endsars. Well infact I'm tired. Just run with it nihilist. |

I bet you if you go back to that day, you will not see me in any way defend buhari or his government. If I recall right, emotions were flying high that night and soo many false stories were flying about, propaganda was abound. And I was warning people to be more cautious about the TERMS being bandied about. Infact the next day my points were being vindicated with soo many stories and images that were being debunked. In fact I remember explaining my reasons for my call for caution and toning down the boiling rhetorics. In America that same period, they were protesting black lives matter movement, something which now took different dimensions, became headless, packed direction and led to the destruction of soo many properties, both private and government owned. .the exact same thing was playing out in Lagos. In 2019, maybe sit at home or waste the vote but that goes against everything I believe. Our votes has to mean something because we're not exempt from the consequences of leadership. Good and bad. I genuinely still believe that Buhari was the better choice for 2015. The APC alliance would have broken up and we will be back to a helpless domination of a single party. This Saturday, I'll vote for Peter Obi, but I will never take Donjazet seriously again. Anyone that has insulted others miserably for refusing to support Peter Obi should not be someone that supported Buhari again in 2019. This post is total rubbish but you got one thing right, you could Fvck right off with the opinion. Where did I support Tinubu in 2019? How did that come about? In 2019 I weighed both candidates and even though both were bad, I settled on Buhari primarily because I wanted us to still have a multi party democracy.. what I didn't delude myself about was that he was going to work wonders. Hence you don't see me PRAISING HIS QUALITIES past 2015, And there is no pointer whatsoever that atiku would have done better than buhari. The way he ran his campaign then and now tells you all you need to know. He's not a serious person. He just wants the office for the personal satiety. You are one among those millions. That's a fact. Just accept it and move on.
Then take the advice I'v always offered, stop getting confrontation with people based on their choice either because you feel they are religious or ethnic bigots or because they make tribal innuendos. Sell ur candidate on his merits, disprove any propaganda u feel is being thrown around to tarnish his candidateship and hope for the best at the polls. That way we can all live happily ever after Come on, now you're not being entirely honest, you know exactly what I mean. Every single opinion we have is shaped from information received from various sources around us.. As I said, it's very reasonable for someone to say that I "influenced" his decision to vote Obi. Just as someone can say dayo "influenced" their decision to vote buhari in 2019. Infact he was getting ready to do the same thing this election cycle with tinubu, if I didn't stop him in his tracks by revealing his sordid past and motivation of his support here. raumdeuter: If you have any question or query against Tinubus candidature and can avoid insults or personal attacks bring it forward and I will address it. So you know full well what I mean. There are some voters here who have barely commented on their choice of candidate but will vote and then there are those responsible for shaping the opinions of others. No need to argue over this. I voted buhari but I barely ever sold him to anyone. In a way, I could even say I was misled by propaganda. |

Maybe u don't know , ur vote has much power than ur campaign. For example Raumdeuter has been campaigning for Tinubu but he's not voting cos he's far away from Nigeria and doesn't hold a PVC. Ur vote will definitely count more than his online campaigns.
Just own it that u are one of those who rewarded Buahri with second term after a disastrous first term. Nobody go beat u and it doesn't stop u from campaigning and voting for Obi. See, that statement was to highlight the difference between my activities in both campaign cycles. This campaign cycle, one could reasonably say I have influenced their decisions to vote and vote for Obi via my activism for him. Just like in 2019 and 2015, one could say dayo had influenced their decision to vote for buhari. That statement was to highlight the difference in both, there are many silent Obi or tinubu voters here but they're not responsible or a factor for any other person's choice. So unlike now where I have actively persuaded and sold a candidate to other people, I did not do such in those cycles. And even after voting buhari, I did not create excuses for his bad governance. As for 2019, I've said it , we were dealt 2 bad hands, a VP is very inconsequential in any government, I doubt any Obi supporter is voting obi because of datti Ahmed. Same way Obi was not a factor for many people. |

DissTroy: Donjazet2, this is your PST just 3 months ago in response to a vituperative post directed at Raum for his support of Buhari. You joined in to attacked him for campaigning for Buhari while sly-foxingky hiding the fact that you both were comrades-in-politicking who campaigned for Buhari twice in 2015 and 2019.
And unlike Raum, you directly experienced the misrule by Buhari first hand yet campaigned for and queued to vote for him yet shifted all the blame on Raum who didn't thumbprint on that ballot paper which set Nigeria by 50 years.
Donjazet2, what defence do you have not to have a gazillion times all the angst and vile words targeted at you for blaming everything wrong with Buhari on Raum and the other APC guys here.
Heck! You are more like Buhari than any of them - like Buhari, you refused to take responsibility for enabling bad governance for 7+ years. If you are not a very stupid fool, why would you deliberately crop out a part of my message and not give the complete part?? he is doubling down now and still misleading people and people can't still understand that this person is a tribal warrior. I want to make sure that that point is solidly driven home before the elections are here Are you being deliberately stupid for the sake of being soo? Donjazet2: Someone that gets me! Why I've been been sooo persistent on this is because I think people still do not understand the motive behind the points he makes here especially pertaining to politics.
I want it to be extremely clear to the blind that dayo's motives for political support does not come from a place of primarily wanting to see Nigeria work but just purely on the basis of tribalism. Nigeria working is just a secondary benefit to the first.
You see me lamenting about abroadians as pertaining to this election because people here don't yet seem to grasp that these individuals virtually have no stake in these elections. We are just numbers for their viewing pleasure and satiety. They are very far detached from the consequences and realities of a bad decision taken during elections.
Look at dayo who consistently and staunchly campaigned for buhari across the board here, rather than hide his face in shame after seeing the disaster than buhari turned out to be, he is doubling down now and still misleading people and people can't still understand that this person is a tribal warrior. I want to make sure that that point is solidly driven home before the elections are here |

You have continually labeled your fellow pro-Buhari comrades of 8 years as tribalist because they are voting along the same party lines as you did in 2015 and 2019?
If you didn't see anything good in Obi even as VP in 2019 what convinced you in 2022? Hasn't Obi always been saying the same things he's campaigning with now even since 2016 in public events?
Why is Laride who, like you, voted along party lines suddenly a tribalist for doing what you both did in 2015 and 2019, but you are the patriot because parties shouldn't matter now?
Let's leave the characters of the presidential candidates asides. Osinbajo declared too as he's seemingly as gentlemanly as Obi so why didn't you support your APC man during the primaries but wanted a PDP man Obi, a party you swore must never be allowed back to power? You have started again with the invention of false narratives and making it stick. Disstroy if you don't show me where I have ever labelled larride a tribalist, then you are a bastard of untold proportions.. Again, disstroy, if you don't show me where I ever called larride a tribalist, then you are a bastard! You keep doing this over and over again. You invent false narratives without proof and you run with it. I have severally made that distinction between larride and the tribalists like dayo, joe and rabbit. If I call someone a tribalist, I back it up with facts from the person's history. What I call larride is a party man with a soul for hire. That even if a monkey was the candidate of APC, regardless of the monkeys origin, larride would support and dress him up for the masses. Mr man stop throwing shit at me to see which sticks. Time dey reach where indeed I will get your time as this election don dey pass, dont worry. |
