I think it has more to do with the personality of the female. My Experiences at the moment are, I report to 2 females and one is extremely 9ice they other is way far from close to 9ice.

The 9ice one treats me like a mother, wants to know my problems and even buys lunch for me during break when I’m so busy and can't go on break ,but the latter is always poking her nose even up to my personal affairs and looking for mistakes in every inch of work that I do.

I can't stand her but just have to, the good thing is I Now Understand how to tolerate her and go about handling my daily business.

Word of advice to anyone who has a female Boss that's real bossy and not 9ice just try as much as possible to be patient and diplomatic in handling your 9-5
