sonofananimal: if it was my sister she most have seen some signs and stupidly ignore it and so therefore she is to be blame for it.
as a guy!
have you ever abuse a young lady! I don't see any reasonable logic on this question.
now is the time to stop using CONSCIENCE and start reason with ya brain. Bros, no be quarrel we are just rubbing minds in finding a solution to this increasing menace. Some of these young girls are vulnerable, so we should now take advantage of their vulnerability? That is why I asked you that question. |

sonofananimal: Bros! you know nothing!
the women are the one to be blame! whats with a girl of 17 going out with 27 or 30? you know why! money.
most RAPE STORY you here is either the guy break up with girl and the girl want a revenge and therefore cooked a rape story.
rape just don't happen like that. Bros, if this young girl/lady was your sister what will you do and as a guy would you abuse a young lady just because you can? Even if she is there for the "taking", can't you be in a position to correct her and put her in the right path? I am asking your conscience.. |
Crime › Re: This Lady’s Rape Ordeal Will Give You Goose Bumps by Donjowebs(m): 11:29am On Dec 02, 2015 |
Ok peeps, let's take a step back and be objective. A lot of guys out there are just looking for innocent and naive girls to sexually and physically abuse/molest. Just because she liked you or was "foolish" enough to fall for you, then it is now a yardstick for you to do and undo? Real men protect women! As for you young ladies, stay within your league. At 17 what's your business with a 27 or 30yr old guy, he will most at times be wiser and more powerful than you that when he is even abusing you, you think it's love. |

Must we curse, abuse and call each other unprintable names? If you wanna criticise or defend let it be objective, if this is what we can offer online under the cover of cyber anonymity then we do not have the moral locus standi to comment about the fracas that takes place in the National Assembly. Let's all take a step back for Nigeria's sake and proffer solutions rather than fight always. |

Politics › Re: We Are No More Going To Pay Minimum Wage - Governors!! by Donjowebs(m): 7:40am On Nov 20, 2015 |
I have read several comments on this issue by fellow Nigerians and none seem to be preferring any kind or form of solution, rather we engage in petty and partisan bickering. From the NGF analysis, oil was $126 p/b when the minimum wage was "forced" on them, what did the 3 levels and arms of government do with the windfall? There were no forms of investment either in human capital development or infrastructures, but local, state and federal government MDAs were overstaffed because everyone wanted a share of the "oyel money". For instance I can recall in Bayelsa state, a lot of people were collecting "salary" under the "Bayelsa Volunteer" scheme for absolutely doing nothing. What about in Rivers and Delta, where I know of people who are the in the employ of local governments who just collect their salary without even setting a foot on the LG secretariat. Until we begin to practise true fiscal federalism Nigeria will continue to be bedevilled by problems like this which have become a reoccurring decimal in our national life, let states find alternative sources of revenue and to not always look to the centre for money. However, more importantly citizens must stand up and demand accountability from those we have collectively entrusted with our commonwealth. |
