It's really sad that the doctrines of these pastors has left us in more misery. It has fuelled greed. Selfishness as against selflessness Christ preached about. It's all about me. As far as I can afford the good things of life, to hell with the next man.

If truly our tithes are mandatory for the proclamation of God's work, then a church like synagogue is one of the very few churches that deserves that 10% of our income.

This act is one of the very few show of kindness he shows to people (Irrespective of your religion or Nationality). You don't even need to be a member of his church (unlike pagans in redeem) before he can show you love.

Some may have bought jets out of the church finances. But why buy a jet costing millions of Naira? I reckon that money if spent on projects that improve quality of lives for the impoverished masses would make "Jesus" smile. Imagine Redeemed Church having a health Care center and a soup kitchen next to their church branches all around Nigeria. That will be great, isn't it?

Pray for the church. Dont join the world in attacking the church; neither should you provide ammunition for them to do so. Be an example. Will it be a crime if you join RCCG and become wealthy enough to set up those kitchens and heath centres as one man?

There's a higher way of doing things. Christians need to be aware that there's an ongoing battle between light and darkness and there's no middle ground. There's nothing like that stupid "political correctness" Christians try to exhibit. Be wise.

Morality will never take you to heaven. Righteousness was given to us as a Free gift. All you have to do is humble yourself and receive that gift.

Romans 5:17 "For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ."

Romans 4:3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

You may also read Romans 10:10.

You receive righteousness by believing the gospel.

Daddy Freeze is not preaching against Christianity rather he is trying to open our eyes to how Christianity should be practiced. Thanks for your reply. I was wondering since these pastors spend the offering on Bentley and Jet, and not for the work of God, isn't it better that Christians give directly to the needy? I think providing food for the hungry, help to the needy, health to sick is doing work of God. What do you think?

Bro, if you read the scripture well, you will understand that giving to the poor is storing up riches in heaven and getting a Divine recognition, while giving to God is buying yourself some riches from heaven. We have so many examples of this in the scripture, and I'm also a living witness. One should be done without leaving the other.

God recognizes those who give to the poor because they demonstrate His character. But unfortunately, for some, when they give a poor man 1,000,000 they call camera men and begin to insult and abuse preachers, so God resists them and they can't do much.

Like one in my town who gives and abuses preachers and He wants to go for House of Reps. It will not happen... He is going nowhere. I am on my knees and the Lord will resist Him.

James 4:6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
