udysweet: Good morning everyone, happy new year Welcome to a great 2022 So I Said to come drop this here I'm not a troublesome person, one of the easiest persons to do business with Since my nasty experience with @donkelz everything has been ok, I have been ok doing business with two other persons here when I need oil I saw @chirality post of November 2020 about having oil located in Aba Coincidentally I was in town to buy fabrics then so I decided to look him up thinking I could buy small from him and take back to Lagos with my fabrics I contacted him & I met him at one umuejima village , somewhere in osisioma in Aba,Abia state He told me he's a medical doctor who hasn't been paid for months so he's looking for other things to do hence the Palm Oil milling since his father has the plantation I unfortunately couldn't get the oil to leave with me but instead he told me he'll send it down as it wouldn't be ready by the time I'm leaving, I agreed I've since gone ahead to get another set of five kegs from him Oil by my standards wasn't too ok but I still managed to sell We've been communicating since then sparingly but I made him understand buying oil from his end might prove difficult due to logistics (sending kegs down And receiving oil) but that I'll try and work logistics before Patronising him again as I had two suppliers in Akwa Ibom He reached out again later & Said he now has his mill and can handle large quantities and went to hound me to help him get buyers I did not quite like that as I hate being pressured, told him I don't buy much and don't have contacts of people wanting oil in large quantities just yet Then one time I could not get @donparosky to send me oil due to the small quantity,i reached out to @chirality again as I remembered his several Calls begging me to Patronise him. He told me oil was 20k 1st grade I begged but he maintained its 1st grade then keg 1800(told him I have plenty Kegs and don't like the idea of buying but I had no choice) I wanted five kegs but got eight eventually He billed me 1000 for waybill so everything came to 182,400 I sent Him in Two payments:150,000 & 32400 pls see attached pics Oil was sent, but was bad (kindly see my chat with him) wch I complain I went on to open more but same issue The Oil wasn't what I expected, kegs also bad and dirty both inside and outside (yet he Collected 1800 for new keg) I had customers return the oil after I sold few units of 5litres(I sent him pic's and video of the bad oil) So I told him I was returning them back I didn't bargain for the stress I went through especially AS I lost my father that period too Pls note I spent extra 400 each to get the oil to my place cos it was seized) Then I returned six kegs , the Two I said to keep because I had filled them into gallons even though I couldn't sell Its cost me 1400 each with pleading for The Young to carry those Oil back to Aba for me Then I had to still beg Him to Go pick up the oil He said they saw four kegs instead of six I had to stress myself to Go back to the park and made several calls Dr Erondu Nnamdi Christian,a medical doctor who sold this oil to me decide to keep mum after getting all six kegs I was the one running after him to ask how far Now from October ending I sent that Oil, I have gone through the worst mental stress of my life to get my refund from him He asked for my account details to pay back few days after he received the oil but for the past two months I have heard all manner of excuses in this world from him I have a recorded conversation with him where he confirmed he sold the returned oil but he decided to convert the money for his personal use than refund me He was supposed to refund 139200 I have been calling and calling he won't pick, I'll drop message he won't respond Had to ask if he wanted me to invite SARS before he decided to give me 60k For a palm oil producer who mills why is he making me suffer to get my money back? I ask,was it a crime to Patronise someone? You should be apologising and looking for how to compensate me for the whole mental stress of selling me bad Oil but I'm here begging you to pay me My money back Pls note,in all of these, I'm in mourning having lost my dad yet this man who's a medical doctor decided to act suspiciously. You have my money yet won't pay me back Pls I need who knows him to help me warn him, I'm just here to drop this first I don't want issues but he's pushing me seriously The balance of my money is 79200 I need him to tell me why I have to beg him to refund me 0.8.0.3 .7.4.8 9.902 is his phone number Now I intend to go to other platforms to share this And the tag is a scammer and a fraudster. I'm sure that won't be a good way to describe him. For someone who ignores calls and messages I was wondering why he told me in his message that he's human like me. You are human yet made a grieving lady to go through more mental stress. Why he decided to split my money and making me suffer to get my balance is what I don't know Unfortunately if I have to travel to Aba to his house to meet him, I might involve lawyers as I intend to sue but all this can be stopped if he balances me. I have taken burial contribution my siblings Told me to hold, to pay Off someone else who sent me oil and I need Nnamdi to pay me so I can return the money. My dad's burial is soon and my siblings will embarrass me if they find out I spent out of the money Meanwhile this man Told me on record,on 30th December that if he doesn't pay me on 31st I can call him out or Make good my threat Yesterday being 31st I still was the one who reached out because again as usual,he failed his on his promise and did not deem it necessary to update me. Save to say this call out was endorsed by him Pls who knows him should tell him to pay up my Balance Good day and happy new year. This message really got me teary. It is really well. So sorry about what you are going through at the moment. This is exactly why I stopped doing referrals. I understand how you feel. Please anyone having information about him should assist her. |

Obaolami: Are there big and small 25litres kegs like people claim?
How many 5litres are in a standard yellow keg? yes they are. I don't have pictures of the two but the big ones have just two lines at the top, Smaller ones have three to four lines. Small Yellow is 5kegs Big ones can take up to 6 sometimes |

Palm oil price still very unpredictable for Chrismas. I think the upcoming subsidy removal is already causing ripples across the chains.
Fresh fruit is already tickling in but price still stubborn.

Thank you for your kind words sir. Business has challenges and like I said earlier, keep your heads up and keep pushing. I've been sharing some of my challenges here to encourage us and I do hope it does. I pray God bless your hustle donkelz: Good afternoon everyone. Been a long while I commented here, especially owing to events last year. I've been concentrating more on personal and business development rather than join words with people. Please am looking for that guy that stood by me when everyone else ranted. Donparosky, you're a good man, I hope to meet you soon. I've been following this thread for years before last year and it has been a blessing. Thanks everyone. |

Woke up to a beautiful review from a client in Abuja whom we delivered oil to.
Like I spoke with someone yesterday, I had thought of abandoning the thread to focus on physical businesses but the events of yesterday shows so many dealers still benefit from the informations we share here
Majority of my customers ain't here, this is fact, those of you who have had the privilege of meeting me knows my hands are quite full.
I opened this thread to help give back to society while also connecting buyers and sellers.
I want to encourage the youths to take advantage of the free informations we've given here to start something meaningful. |

Always endeavor to do your private research, findings before making decisions.
So many palm oil sites and platforms available to also compare data. |

dondo83: I’m in Abuja and I have like some kegs is it advisable to hold on until December? Cos in reality I want to keep recycling the money with the same oil storage . If I sell early money fit go somewhere else before next season storage lol it actually depends on the volume of oil you have in store. Like I mentioned earlier, just letting people in Abuja know you've got quality oil is enough trouble for you. So the price was already on a downward trend before it reversed partly because of some policies and the recent government clamp down on fake oil dealers. What I'd advice you is to be selling maybe five kegs a week to help you monitor the price trend around your vicinity. But with the current events, oil would still be around this range of price by December. The picture attached is all I could harvest for a plantation that I usually get over 600 bunches at this period. Even plantations are feeling the hardship lol Again we should not expect anything too cheap during the peak months. The best we might get next year by March upwards is roughly 9k

I have been warned previously and now we are on this again. Please can you rather share this information privately. It also happened when a whatsapp group were to be created sometime ago. I have a list of them and I personally direct people privately. nairaland forbids this and we have to do our best to keep the thread. Please kindly find a way to share it without causing us the thread This thread has been very useful especially to those using Google search |
