If the deal goes south, how can one trace the Op with his UK number? If he must do business here in Nigeria, he should get a local number.

Why are you using a UK number for WhatsApp? It is suspicious doing business with you.....
yeah another point.
It will be more comfortable for clients to do business with you if you can use a local number.

A piece of advice. Before you take your oil to a client on "Pay On Delivery", make sure you have enough money to transport your goods back to your base if the deal go wrong. Or you have an alternative plan for the oil. Get ready to incur loss. What many do is to place order, ask you to being it down. When you bring it down, the talk down your product so that you can be able to dispose it to them at any cost. They know you will be stranded if they don't buy. So get ready for anything.

Somebody contacted me recently to send 100 cartons is soap to Jos and that upon seeing the goods, he will transfer money. We negotiated and I sent my goods. Immediately the goods arrived, he told me that my price is too expensive. He brought out other products that are supposedly cheaper than my own. I didn't even think twice, I thanked him and told him I will send it down to Abuja to my other customer. I didn't even beg him nor negotiate. When he saw I had a plan B, he paid.
welcome to the club. Always ensure there is a commitment however small to cover for logistics before supply.

wetin man never see, buyer don disappear as i take oil reach Lagos self for this hustle. Chai

Hello everyone, i have a handful of orders and would love to assist a newbie finding difficult to secure clients.

Am giving out two clients in Lagos requiring 100 kegs each for next week to any sincere supplier in the house.

I've been beaten twice so here is the deal, take your oil to the client and receive payment on spot.

You can send a message if interested.

PS: Sometimes it might take some hours to respond to your messages cos of my schedules but i will surely do.

God bless our hustles

They may be a glut in palm oil as the easing continues. Markets are beginning to see surplus supplies and this may affect price . Buy, produce and sell with wisdom.

Can someone put me through on how to make profit from this business. I have a source (mill) in my village that I know they are just selling to local markets.
If I should be buying from them;
1. How do I put my own profit
2. Who pays for the transport, me or the buyer.
Good morning, all the information is provided in the earlier part of the thread. Kindly go through. If you ain't satisfied, you can ask your questions
