dayjeee: Thank you so much @donparosky and all the elders that have contributed to this thread. I started reading from page one to the last and I can say it's really enlightening. I would like to start, and I still need some guidance. @don said while reading the thread that lagos doesn't care about grade, that they go for the cheapest, is it still true? As I would like to be selling in lagos. Thank you Lagos has 2 major markets. Really depend on your target market. |

I know some people here will attack me but there’s nothing like Supergene as a specie!!!!!
At least I have been in this business for years. What we have are improved Teneras.
I brought some species on my last trip back to Nigeria and I can say that NIFOR species are relatively matching in terms of yield so my recommendation for young farmers here is save yourself the stress and buy from NIFOR.
I do not work for NIFOR. Just providing a honest feedback |

JobAndVacancies: as you dey take waste yahoo money purchasing vanities, hope say you dey take care of your mama for village? Hey bro you might need to learn to be respectful. I see a lot of negative comments here and it really shows we’ve lost our values as a nation. You have no rights whatsoever to call me those names! We need to learn to respect boundaries. You have no idea how hard I work everyday. People like you make commenting on Nairaland difficult Regards |

•Maturity is what happens when one learns to only give a fvck about what’s truly fuckworthy I said this too until I started using 15 pro. iPhone gives you peace of mind honestly! Its security features are top notch especially for people in business. Am waiting on more independent reviews before I consider trading in my 15pro for $650 |

Myronbolitar: Akpabuyo, I have someone that can take it to calabar, bt I don't know any reliable transport company that can transport it to abuja. It's a distance from Ikom if not it'd have been your best bet. There are trucks bringing goods to Ikom that usually go back empty to the north. If you have cheaper transport to Ikom, then use that route. If you don't, probably go for waybills which is a lot more expensive and stressful |

udysweet: Don: Where is this Palm Oil sold for this amount, ubok Abasi? Point us to contacts since you now handle large and international orders. You haven't replied to my last question on WhatsApp. Etok Uruk Eshiet, Ikot Mboho, Ikpe, ....villages in Etim Ekpo Ikot Asukpong, Achan Villages in Ika Some mills in Ukanafun like Ndot Ikot Eda sell for 17500 as at today Those coming in from Abia can go to Iwukem or Azumini Literally small villages in AKS. I think most people people go to mills in Uyo, Eket and Abak or Ikot Ekpene. This are Expensive locations. Some mills in Uyo/ Eket already milling above 20k lol Hope this helps |

manutdrichie: Palm oil is 25k in Akwa ibom currently Hello sir. Maybe you might want to try local mills. Buying at this rate might place you in a tight corner selling off to clients or making anything reasonable when you add the cost of kegs and logistics |

I've had so many enquiries in my inbox. Is it best time to buy?
Yes..The price would just be dancing around this range for the month.
Do I store for people? NO Am really struggling with this response. In fact past experiences have forced me to reject juicy offers on storage models. Maybe when we've gotten a great model ourselves. For now we don't! |

Tunjoel: I checked our market price today, it's around 23/24k sir A majority of people selling in the market are not direct millers. This are mildle men buying from millers to make profit. I am not sure of your location but right now Akwa Ibom and criss River seems to be the cheapest at this time. Infact it is 15k in Ugep, Akampa and Ikom mills The market price isnt the same as milling price. If you really want to buy, go directly to mills and buy. During cash scarcity I posted here that oil went as low as 10k for those who had cash at hand and that was a great time. Again those who really want to store oil right now should go down to mills or reach out to millers on the platform. It's a good time to buy. You won't expect the same price at the market to be frank especially when you add the cost of kegs and maybe transportation. By Monday, I'd update the house on price. We can help ourselves by also posting price from various locations mbok |

success2me: I need 200 kegs even at 16k if this price is available🙄 LOL I post price as it is. If you are in the business you know it's currently 520 per bunch and even less for smaller sizes. If you are not milling yourself, there's a possibility you'd buy higher depending on your bargain power. One thing I do is updating price to help people make better decisions |
