I used to be in the OP's situation too. Mine started when I newly moved into a new apartment and my next door neighbor won't allow me sleep at night once he and his gf start making love. It was so serious that my BP was so high, Dr gave me medications to control the BP, then I started having palpitations too.

Infact I have to involve our landlord who spoke to him and still he refused. I have been taking BP drug's since October that I moved in there because of inability to sleep. Infact because of that I have to file for leave in my work place and stay with my folks for now and I sleep normal. The last time I checked my BP was last month and it read 100/65

Dr advised me to reduce my salt intake eat more of vegetables and fruits, reduce oil, do away with junk food. Thou I haven't stayed away totally from cakes and pastries because that's what I specialise in but have reduced it anyway.

I went to the hospital to see a cardiologist and my BP was checked, it was 90 something over 60, it was so low. The cardi asked me to stop taking the BP medications as I was on Amlodipine, Propranolol and lisinopril. Only Propranolol because of the palpitations for now.
Thou I don't use to have the palpitations frequently again as it's getting to normalize. I joined one Big hospital in Abuja for their health walk every last Saturday of the month and I couldn't believe that I could walk for long due to the palpitations.

And again I don't let things bother me again. But Omo....... I spent money as all my salary was spent practically on my health.

Well I believe that the dream doesn't depict a school situation only. I believe it's one's greatest fear as a thought. Everything that I illustrated in my first comment is usually my greatest fear. It could be our mind playing pranks on us.


My advise is for you not to worry a lot. I stopped worrying much about school these days cos of Corona and I haven't had such dreams in a while now.

I am not much of a dream interpreter, but that's not a good dream especially when you see yourself in the level you have passed. It happens when you are about moving forward in life, something is trying to get you back, a priest told me that. The funniest thing is that you will be confused in the exam Hall.
I overcome mine by midnight praying, the last time I had the dream, I just dropped the paper and zoomed off like Supper man.

Anyone who tells you its normal doesnt know anything about anything, there are many meaningg to the same dream depending on the person in question and the message.

Writing exams in the dream could mean

1. There are lessons you havent learnt yet and you must or you are going through the learning process again and again, you need to be very sensitive to know the lesson in question. Think about your relationships and carreer.

2. It could mean you are not living your life like you should. Sometime like a detrimental deviation from your life purpose. Think about your closeness to sinful activities

3. Sometimes it could means backwardness, especially when they are exams you have passed like common entrance or WAEC

4. It could also mean you are or will go through tests or trials anytime soon so be prepared

Okay, let’s analyse the Maltina. What does it contain? Look at the attached images. Again you see that Maltina – like any malt drink- is mainly calories and carbohydrates (sugar) with very little fat and vitamins. That’s all. There is NO Iron whatsoever in Maltina. NONE AT ALL.

Maltina has NO Iron. Peak Milk has NO Iron. Iron is what your body needs to build blood. Do you now see that it makes no medical sense to continue to believe this deceitful myth?

Unfortunately, some Nollywood movies and many uninformed elderly people have pushed this narrative for so long that no one ever bothered to check or ask questions. But actually, it is NOT true. Milk and Malt will NOT give you Blood. If you feel you need blood, see your doctor.

I hope this has NOT broken your heart. It wasn’t deliberate. I felt I should set things straight and tell you all the truth. If you want to drink Maltina or milk, go ahead. But not for blood
