Olden days story! And who says there is no satanic aspect of hausa and igbo culture? As far as it is culture, satanic aspect will be involved! |
Favour! Our Gos is awesome. In life, there are always some forces unseen that does things, either good or bad. Believe me, knowing God plays a good part while ignorance plays another. The difference between getting the job by the help of God and getting it by other unknown forces is 'peace of mind'. There is once a politician that said, while in the university, and i quote, "if i fail before i graduate, then i believe there is God". Behold, he never failed, thus believing there is no God, but the question is "after the certificate, will there be peace of mind for him?" That you are typing this now, dont you think someone must have been responsible for that! Have you even ever asked why some companies, while employing, just see a name, just because they love the spelling or something just declared the person should be given the job... it must have been God. Although, it works hnad in hand with hard word... Cos faith without work is dead! My question to you op: Have you ever witnessed a fatal accident, where every one died but one? Why is the person not dead? My own opinion: in EVERYTHING in this life, there is always a GOD FACTOR! |
Cutehector:It takes a little smoke to bring down a huge building with fire... As it takes a small step to start a journey of change! It wont be easy but i see it happening. #GodBlessNigeria |
#WatchingTheDrama |
feldido:If it is, then it shouldnt have N in its abbreviation What do you think! |
Cutehector:And if privatized, wont the tariff increase! Privatizing it only gives way to one of the politicians that will see another way to loot Nigerians. I'd rather prefer it to be govt owned |
feldido:All nations have where it itches em... Together, lets make the nation great! |
damilareoye:If there isnt a tangible thing to hold on to to make us forget, the peace of mind should be enough! For the sake of peace of mind, we should learn and tend to forgive and forget! |
Cutehector:Wouldnt wanna argue much on that, but on the African chat, MTN comes before Etisalat..thou etisalat is 15th in the world. As per the NTEL stuff, never write it off yet....lets see whats gonna become of it when it starts! |
naijapips02:Yes we can...but only the artist who drew it knew exactly what it meant! |
slimfair:MY advice: The cost of living should be considered first with the salary you earn. What do i mean by that... Look for an apartment that wont cos you more than 5 to 10% of your salary, where transportation is not gonna take 20% of it and where feeding wont be more than 30% for you and your wife so as to create room for savings (for now and future) With all that in place, i guess the marriage should be good. Mind you, with 60k, you need more source of income to help boost the finance! #peaceOut www.heartmatters..com |
naijapips02:Maybe we send you inside the pix to go make enqiry from him!.. #laughs |
Jollyjoy:Thats why you should have to let go. It can be learnt and worked upon, with the grace of God. Its not always easy, but its achievable. For a better courtship and marriage, after trust and love..forgiveness should be next...cos, we will always offfend ourselves.! |
Cutehector:OK, annoying airtel. good! No network provider can be relied upon, cos they deal with air, cloud wind and other things. But i still say, if MTN leaves, its gonna take a decade to get another network provider to their level. Now left with GLO and ETISALAT, which is gonna give them the chance to start charging excessively! As for the cheats we enjoy...hahahaha! no one does cheats better than MTN. Calls, browsing, text..just name it. Only thing that can change MTN is if FG eventually brings back NITEL (as they say they are planning to bring them back and change their name to NTEL or somrthing) with lower tarrifs and better coverage than that of MTN, then i can say MTN should leave! |
viickerz:Thats just the point.. NCC is to blame more than MTN. As far as am concerned, in Nigeria today, MTN has the best coverage. Even if majority of nigerians stop to use MTN, they still make money from other source. An did you even know that, some of these othe network providers, if their system should go down today...maybe fire outbreak or natural disaster, they can never recover their customer informations, which is not suppose to be so. That should av been is arrangement b4 NCC will even issue certificate. But for MTN, we are all safe. |
chimoskyg:Thats how it should be.. yorubas will always want to be respected and even for FG not to have penalised the Fulani abductors is kinda funny! |
Cutehector:And if they increase the fine, then the tariffs goes up too... Except if MTN is outta Nigeria which ion see happening! Much awaits Nigerians if NCC didnt slash the fine down! Trust me, MTN users are yet to wail!!! |
viickerz:You pity MTN or pity the patriotic Nigerians that will surely pay the money back! |
Fulani socio-cultural association, Miyetti Allah Kautal Hore yesterday asked former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode to publicly withdraw his hate speech against the fulani race and apologise to them otherwise they will institute a legal action against him. Rising from its meeting with some South West organization leaders in Abuja yesterday November 4th, the national president of the association, Alhaji Bello Abdullahi Bodejo said FFK describing the fulani race as tsetse flies following the abduction of former SSG, Olu Falae, is unacceptable. “We want Femi Fani-Kayode to publicly withdraw his hate speech and wrongful criminal allegation against the entire Fulani race immediately to avoid legal action by us.”he said He called on the Federal government to arrest anyone making unguarded statements “We want FG to deal with anybody no matter highly place in Nigeria if they did not guide their utterances.”. cc: lalasticlala donsmith |
Cutehector:Exactly... preach it and let em know! |
F22RAPTOR:Tke it or leave it, even when the respect is so higher than the highest mountain, the quarell, fight, misunderstanding will still come. We are bound and created to have our differences. The question should be..."if such or any of these happens, how are we gonna make up for it?" |
falconey:Think it well dude! ![]() |
Thats a picture depicting "lack of foresight to make use of opportunity when available"... he is comfortable in bondage rather than seeing the way outta the bondage.! And I eventually won #800 airtym, instead of #700 ![]() Thank you so much OP... really appreciate it ![]() |
The closer you are to someone, the more likely you are to step on their toes. And being in a relationship with someone certainly puts you in close quarters. So the chances are good that you and your spouse have sore feet. Okay, enough of the smelly metaphor. The point is that it's NORMAL for you and your spouse to be to err and for those "misses" to cause hurt...sometimes serious hurt. Did your spouse hurt you? Have you made mistakes that hurt your spouse? Except in the case of physical abuse, you can "move on" from anything. In fact, your relationship can end up even BETTER! I know...you're probably thinking, "Better? How could it be better than before we screwed up?" It CAN be better, but you have to do one thing first. You have to forgive. What does it REALLY mean to forgive? Many people will say, "I forgive you," but continue to harbor anger in their heart. Some people say the words, but it's obvious from their actions that nothing's changed. Other people will say "I forgive you" but what they really mean is, "I don't want to talk about this. I can't deal with this. I'm turning you off." And so the 3 magic words come out and form a wall that shuts out their spouse. True, they're not angry, but that's because they've shut down all emotion and refuse to reconnect. Saying "I forgive you" is an entirely different ball game than truly forgiving. Look carefully at the word "forgive." It tells you what it means. "For-Give"...in other words, to GIVE as you did beFORE. That's true forgiveness. When you GIVE of yourself like you did beFORE you were hurt, then you know you've forgiven. When you stand as close to your spouse as you stood the day your feet got stepped on...that's forgiveness. That's not easy to do. But it is possible. You can forgive each other and move on. And once you forgive, you'll see that your relationship will be BETTER than it was before. You'll be happy that the mistake was made (in a strange way) because you'll realize that you would never have achieved the love you finally did without that mistake as your catalyst. Did you know that when a broken bone heals it's stronger than it was before it was broken? You too can be STRONGER than before things broke down between you and your spouse. Did you ever make love after a big fight? Did you ever think after you made-up, "Hey, this is great? We should fight more often." (Ha Ha) Sometimes the highest-highs follow the lowest-lows. But you have to know how to reconcile. You have to know how to get to a place of sincere forgiveness. Have a forgiving heart and enjoy your relationship! #peaceOut Watch out for heartmatters..com Its in the making! |
nobilis:You are wrong...its neither of em! |

harcole:Wait for the southern and eastern list na ![]() |
4reala:Controvertial or not, na him go come last for the list! That's wah I see them doing! |
The Speaker, Niger State House of Assembly, Honorable Ahmed Marafa, after opening the envelope, said that the Governor submitted the list in line with Section 2 (192) of the 1999 constitution of Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended. Those that made the first batch list, are Kabiru Abbas Musa, Dan Mallam Masara, Ramatu Mohammed Yar’Adua, Mamman Musa, Jonathan Vatsa, Fatima Mudugu and Mustapha Jubrin. The Speaker further stated that Governor Bello said in the correspondence that the list would come in two batches explaining that the next names would soon be made available to the State Assembly.
