Am finding it difficult to understand you. If your friend in ireland has the money to provide for his feeding and other expenses he may in cure while leaving with him, why would he not invite him for a visit.

His age is even an advantage even though they will start questioning his motive for visit eg health reasons. If he is in good health he can be invited, all expenses on your friend.

He is not sponsoring him for migration but normal invitation to see his nephew, what is wrong with that? If he will be given visa or not is a different subject

Yes my friend is inviting his uncle for a visit and all expenses on my friend, he's working full time and has the money to provide for his uncle's feeding and other expenses. His uncles got 2 yrs US visa and he recently returned from US visit. This why i asked the question here if its ok for my friend to sponsor his uncle, but Vicjustice who knows better than me said:

The uncle is not working according to my friend. Any other suggestion as per sponsor level? Although he asked me about applying as a tourist, but i told him that it would be difficult because of his age and the visa officer may refuse him as per he's not working, not even enough in his account that will convince them that he's going as a tourist, hotel, e.t.c. , which is the reason i told him to relax to let me confirm if he can sponsor him since he's inviting him. Good morning house I've been refused an Australian visa thrice so I met this man he works with the Canadian embassy in Abuja like he said he deals with Canadian, USA and Australian work visa. Anyway we talk about getting an Australian work visa, I've been reading about it but the way he explained to me i'm not convinced. He said I will pay him when the visa comes out from Pretoria, that I can verify it at the airport, call the embassy in Pretoria or via VEVO before paying him. All he said he needs to a start is my passport bio data page, two white background passport photographs, then I will go to Australian embassy in Abuja for my biometric before sending. I asked him what about when I'm in Australia what would happen he said they have officials there at the airport that no problem, I asked about PR he said he will link me with someone there that will put me through from Pretoria. I'm very confused cause all what he's saying aren't really with what I've been reading online concerning all classes of Australian work visa. Please help oooo cause I don't want to get in there and have problem. Waiting to hear from good and experience people here. Thanks y'all
