OJB Has Received Just N2M For His Kidney Transplant, Says Tuface Hasn't Donated Yet OJB was on air today, TVC in the afternoon with Entertainment Splash presenter Labi. And while on the show, he actually, pratically begged Nigerians to save him. According to him, Don Jazzy and Ruggedman are the only celebrities who have sent him their donations so far. Tuface hasn't made any donation as some reports said. Tuface hasn't even called him. Right now, he says, his account balance isn't even up to N3m. He can barely stand straight at the moment, not to talk of walking and he has just between now and the end of July to have his operation or he will die. It is no longer news that son of ‘holiness preacher’ and the General Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor W.F Kumuyi walked down the aisle with his heartthrob over the week. However, teeming followers of the respected former university don have condemned the classy wedding, which they tagged: Un-deeper-life-stic. A close look at the weeding pictures of the couple posted online saw the bride donned in accessories that had been anathema to the ministry. She was clad in a transparent fitted stylish short sleeves wedding gown, eyelashes, earrings makeup and wedding flower, which had never happened in the history of the ministry. An angry follower of Kumuyi, after viewing the pictures commented, “People have refused to live their own life but rather attach it to an apron of hypocritical philosophy and man made doctrine. I exonerate the dynamic Senior Kumuyi,I think it is the people that have refused to change, I respect Kumuyi and his teachings but the people he is teaching are not learning, it is a pity, religion should embrace freedom, that is what the bible said. It only warned that you should not use your liberty for evil, or take the grace for granted.” To another Emeka Jane, the development would lead to something else. She voiced her conviction thus, “I believe that with this, Deeper Life will metamorphose into something else. Those (some members) who have been looking for an opportunity like this to dress as they like, will cease this particular opportunity. “And who says the lady is not a believer? Another John Edward querried, “Doing what pleases her without being condemned by God on a one in life time event, does that make her an unbeliever. A room attendant in the Housekeeping Department of Transcorp Hilton Ms Blessing Victor found cash amounting to N500,000 while cleaning one of the hotel rooms. Since the occupant had checked out, Blessing returned the money to her supervisor who recorded it as lost but found. Later, the guest realized his money was missing and contacted the hotel though he wasn’t sure he had left the money in the hotel. The guest was surprised and impressed to learn that the hotel attendant who cleaned the room when he left had presented the money to her supervisor. Two weeks later, he returned to the hotel to reward the hotel worker for her integrity and honesty. The guest gave her a N100,000 cash reward offered to help her further her education at the Nigerian Aviation School in Lagos. He gave her a full two year diploma course sponsorship. The hotel management also rewarded her honesty. A reception was organized in her honor. The hotel’s General Manager thanked her for living the Hilton Value of Integrity. He presented her with a Blue Energy Certificate in addition to an offer of complimentary stay in the hotel on a weekend of her choosing.
