justwise: I have read the rules and its pretty much a straight forward issue, can he show proof of 3,000 Euros in his account when he arrive in Ireland?Yes definitely |
He should go to Arsenal |
justwise: Perfectly ok to do that. Thanks and God bless! |
justwise: If you got nothing important to do with that money put it under your pillow and sleep over it.Justwise, pls is it okay for an international student to booked a 14 days hotel until he arrive in the country to search for suitable apartment? a friend has been searching for accommodation but all the those we found saying they cannot guarantee the availability in September.. So its on the school website that if student wish to book hotel and stay there for few days till the student will search for apartment that is fine. What do u think? it's for Irish student though and Tuition has been paid in full plus medical insurance... |
jcgodfrey: For obvious reasons. Can't compare Scottish league to this era of Premiership where big clubs with big money dwarf Everton's budget. I stand to be corrected but apart from Arsene Wenger, who still has big money @ his disposal but refuses to spend, David Moyes has been the most efficient manager in England with the smallest budget! Everton has ALWAYS finished in the top 10 under his reign, and top 4 twice! With little money. Infact when he sold Rooney to United in 2003, he used that money to buy Cahill, Arteta, Gravesen, Yobo too, I think...then Lescott's fee to get Jelavic n a couple new guys. Fellaini has been their biggest buy so far. So the man is extremely efficient with money. Now he's got Mirallas. Infact he's a scout! Fine, he's not been lucky with trophies, but this season he's contested for the top 4 n got great reaults against the big teams. He defeated both Manchester clubs n recently held Arsenal n Liverpool to a stalemate. Can't remember his results against Chelsea. So he knows his stuff n there's nothing to be worried about cos if he can get those results with Everton, how much more Man United. Plus he's bringing Fellaini with him, which is an added plus to United's course. I tip United for the League again. You are not a gunner. You're a follower and a fan failure, the reason is ''Fellaini is coming to Arsenal'' can u now see that you got your F9 parallel? Secondly, i can bet with my ATM pin, Man United will be trophyless this coming season.. It's very very obvious... Whats out for Arsenal and Chelsea this season.. don't even mention Man United... their time has gone... Do u watch Rooney's interview? He knew that nothing nothing for Man United again, thats why he's leaving, Ferguson saw it coming too, including scholes.. U think they're daft? park well jor oga.. |

Vicjustice: Irish student visa requirements are not same as the UK requirement, so the 28 days stuff does not apply. He has 2 million already in his own personal account, this is different from the 8300euro tuition fee he already paid in full. The bank statements from his brother and his dad are just proof of transportation and accommodation fund even though he has paid deposit of accommodation. |
justwise: Are sure that the school is licensed to admit foreign students and the fee is actually for oversea student or home student? The fee and the course time table raise some questions.Justwise, could u pls help out with the bellow issue. Thanks As Vicjustice advised, my friend's cannot use his dad's company as sponsor because his dad's business is not registered and have never pay tax on it. What do you think about this: His course in Dublin is 1 year course Msc in International Business He has paid the required Tuition €8,300... Paid in full He has paid deposit of accommodation and accommodation letter has been received He has done his medical insurance He has even done police criminal clearance But the problem now is the Sponsor issue... Since Vicjustice said he can't use his dad's company as sponsor since the company is not registered because the Irish Embassy will conclude that his dad is tax cheat and it's a criminal offence. Now, the issue is: His dad business income go straight to my friend's personal account and not his dad's account. So at present he has 2 Million Naira in his own personal account. His dad has like 150k in his own personal account. His brother has decided to give him his company's account and his company's registration certs etc., but the balance on his brother's company account is 400k. His brother is also ready to give him his personal account too but the balance of the personal account is just 100k. So this means he has 4 different account. My question is: can he use both his brother and his dad as sponsor? because it was his brother that even gave him the accommodation deposit. Pls is he good to submit with the 4 different Bank statement? Do you think the Irish Embassy won't be expecting something like 10 Million or 20 Million Naira in his dad or brother's account? despite he has paid his Tuition in full and not owing the school anything? |

Vicjustice: Register the business and then pay its taxesThats exactly what i said to him. But the problem now is he must resume in September, so b4 his would register the business and pay the tax, i don't think he will meet up his resume date in Dublin... Alternatively i'll suggest to him to look for another sponsor... But even if he got another sponsor, does that mean he can't still included his dad personal statement and his own too? |
Vicjustice: Pardon my harshness, and i will tell you the truth, not according to my opinion, but according to the perspectives of Visa Officers.Ok thanks, but is it possible to pay this year tax on the business when the business is not registered yet? |
Vicjustice: If my understanding is right, you are a STUDENT and you want to VISIT the UK, therefore, you should take the option of VISIT and then tick TOURISTVictjustice pls i need your urgent advise on this for my friend in Nigeria. He just got admission to come and study Master International Business at American College Dublin. Infarct he has paid the 1year tuition fee in full this morning. But the problem is : He is the one running his dad business. The business is not registered in Nigeria, and the business income goes straight into his account. His dad will provide his personal account because his dad is his sponsor. The tuition paid in cash into his account and transferred to the school. His problem is: do you think the Irish Embassy won't ask his dad business registration cert? especially tax clearance? He handle his dad business as per they deal with sawmill equipments sales and repair, but the issue is the business is not registered and they don't pay tax on it. |
