Cute Yoruba actor Yemi Solade who got involved in a messy s*xual harassment scandal last year with a lady identified as Bunmi Ladipo is currently in another messy scandal.

Last year Bunmi Ladipo, a US-based lady accused the actor of harassing her sexually after they met on Facebook and exchanged BB PIN.

In the previous scandal, below was what the lady said:

“I accepted his friendship request because I recognized him as an actor.

“After accepting his friend request, we started doing normal chatting and along the line, exchanged Blackberry pins. But unknown to me, his intention was beyond the normal relationship as he began to disturb me for something else, but I politely told him it is impossible because I’m happily married.

“At a point, I felt it was someone impersonating him. But I got the biggest shock of my life when he started sending me his unclad pictures and sorts. He later called on phone and I recorded the conversation. In fact, that was when I was convinced that he was actually the one harassing me sexually.”

Yemi Solade is now in a new scandal with a lady identified as Bola Animashaun who spoke to Best of Nollywood Award organizers few hours ago.

She said she met the actor on Facebook two years ago and they started talking. They exchanged blackberry pins in the process.

As their relationship progressed, the lady said the actor started pressurizing her to see him and she has been rejecting the offer.

The lady claims Yemi Solade got really upset and sent her a scary message that she will die if she refuses to see him.

The message got her really scared and she sent out a Blackberry announcement to few friends and relatives.

It read: “Yemi Solade jus placed a curse on mi dt i wont c d end of dis year all becos i refused to sleep with him pls if anytin apuns to mi he is responsible.”

Bola Animashaun who confirmed the report to BON few hours ago said she is about to file an official report at the Police station.

She also said she will report Yemi Solade to Association of Nigeria Theatre Act Practitioners, ANTP.

Yemi Solade has denied ever knowing the lady.

As a follow up to the story on the relocation of Ikeja Computer Village, our correspondent, during a visit to Katangowa Market, along Lagos-Abeokuta expressway, gathered that Katangowa is the proposed site where the Ikeja traders may be resettled. In terms of size, Katangowa is bigger than the Computer Village, as the market covers about 26 hectares of land with most of the traders dealing in second-hand clothes.

Katangowa shows a vivid picture of a disorganised setting. While the major entrance to the market from Lagos-Abeokuta expressway is almost taken over by street traders, a large portion of the market has been overtaken by refuse. During the visit, some of the items seen on display in the market in large quantities were clothes, bags, shoes, curtains, belts and other textile materials.

Also, many women and young girls were seen selling vegetable, fish, tomato, pepper and other food items in the market. While most of the dealers in textile materials operated in small shops, those trading in food items displayed their wares on the sidewalk thereby disrupting free flow of traffic around the market.
At the back of the market, which leads to Saint Peters Anglican Church, there were structures serving as residential homes. Lagos State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Mr. Olutoyin Ayinde, said measures were being put in place by[left][/left] the state government to rehabilitate Katangowa and thus fast track the relocation of the Computer Villagers traders.

On if there are underlying interests within the ministry to handle Ikeja project, he said, “This is not a direct labour project, so there is nothing like personal interest. Financial challenge made some companies that expressed interest initially to back out, but we still have those who submitted their proposals with us. In order to select a credible firm with the required financial capability and technical-know-how to handle the project, we have engaged a Transaction Advisor, who will look at the request for proposals from bidders and give government expert advice on the best company to engage. So that the project, when finally awarded, will be well executed. The government is methodical in approach by following due process. This is what people should appreciate”.

REASONS:

(8.) The Information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable.

I didn`t get the visa for just the above one reason, and i believe the 1 reason is unnecessary.
I want to let them realize the fact that the decision was an ERROR OF LAW because the decision was actually based on ''personal opinion and bias, and discrimination, and that it is not compulsory that an applicant must have traveling experience before he can be granted visa, if not, does that mean an applicant cannot choose Italy as his/her first traveling experience?or other wise they should have menstioned that first timer`s can not apply for Italy
Now i want to ask.whats the procedure to appeal against the decision..In the Embassy Remarks they have written:
Comments:The person concerned may appeal against the decision to Refuse/annul/revoke a visa as provided for in national law.The person concerned must recieve a copy of this document...
You can lodge a formal appeal against this decision through a qualified solicitor, with the Admisistrative Regional Tribunal (T.A.R)of Lazio region in Italy with in days from the date you receive this letter.
To avoid nullity () art c.p.c and art. 11 R.D. n. 1161 of 1933), the appeal must alsobe notified to the competent "Avvocatura dello Stato".
Now i want to ask can i appeal my self or do i have to hire a Qualified solicitor with the admisistrative regional tribunal of lazio region in Italy,and if i can appeal,should i send it to the Consulate of Italy in Karachi?

Greek Work Permit or u mean a Schengen study or visit visa issued by the Greek Embassy?

And secondly, why must you use someone else paper to work? If you try it u will spend the rest of your visa validity in prison. Get the right visa to travel.

Firstly get yourself familiar with the german jobs search site here http://www.arbeitsagentur.de/

Earning money alongside studying is a way of life for many students in Germany. The latest social survey carried out by the Deutsche Studentenwerke shows that in total around two thirds of all students go to work.
For international students in particular a side job is an important means of subsistence.

If you work too much and not in line with your qualifications, you lengthen the time of study. You should only use lecture-free time for going to work.

The job market for students is getting more and more difficult; jobs are becoming increasingly rarer.

As of August 2012 international students who do not come from the EU or EEA are allowed to work 120 full or 240 half days in a year. To do this they do not need authorisation from the Employment Agency, i.e. the German authorities.
International students who do not come from the EU cannot go self employed or work freelance!

If you want to work more than 120 full or 240 half days you need the approval of the Employment Agency and the Aliens Department. Whether you receive the approval depends on the situation of the job market in your place of study.

In regions with high unemployment you will have little chance of working more than 90 days.
One exception, however, is the occupation of academic or student assistant. As long as your studies are not impaired by it, this work can be carried out for an unlimited period of time. The Aliens Department must still be informed if you wish to work as an academic or student assistant!

If you do not come from the EU or the EEA and have a work placement in Germany it counts as normal work - even if the placement is unpaid! Every day of your work experience will be subtracted from your 120 days.

For example, if you have already worked 120 days you must get authorisation from the Aliens Department and the Federal Employment Agency to be able to do a work placement.

The only exceptions are work placements that are a compulsory part of your studies.

In Germany different places offer side jobs for students. Most regional employment agencies have job opportunities for students. In large university cities, such as Berlin, the Studentenwerk or the students themselves run job agencies.

Often jobs are advertised on the notice boards at the universities. Most university websites and Studentenwerke have a job market on their website. What is more, all regional or local newspapers have an appointments section where vacant positions are advertised.

During the term holidays special rules apply for students.
Jobs taken on during the term holidays are subject to income tax but normally students get back the taxes they have paid at the end of the year via the income tax return.

If the job is carried out only during lecture-free time students do not have to pay any health insurance contributions, even if they work more than 20 hours a week.

During term holidays the obligation to pay contributions towards the state pension may not be applicable: this applies if the employment is limited to a maximum of 2 months or 50 working days per year.

I must confess to you that nothing dey happen in Europe again. The worst is if u enter Europe without the right document that will allow you to stay and work there legally, u'll get bleeped. Don't let anyone deceive you that if u go Spain or any where in the schengen zone u'll get job or so, u will regret it bro..

Best thing is to get the right document that will allow u to work and live in the country... thats all...
If anyone tell u that u'll get work and live with rest of mind in any European country, pls allow the person to come and face me openly here, so he/she can tell me the section and acts that said so.

For the first year after arriving in Germany, asylum seekers are not allowed to work. An EU decision is to cut that time to six months. But that's unlikely to change the tough situation for asylum applicants in Germany.

Filling out forms, waiting for authorities and somehow killing time - for asylum seekers in Germany that's a day-to-day experience. Out of the around 130,000 asylum applicants, only 3.7 percent currently have a job, and only one third of those are working full time, according to the federal statistics office.

Then, authorities can - but aren't required to - grant them a work permit. But a new EU guideline is set to change this so that in future, asylum seekers across the EU would be permitted to work after only nine months.

The decision has been approved by all 27 member states.

To answer your question, you're not allowed to work as an Asylum seeker in Germany i believe.

Most asylum applicants hardly have a chance to find a job," asylum seekers are unable to look for a job just anywhere in Germany, as they must remain at their registered place of residence in Germany.
