Since you have not commenced business, No, you won't be required to pay taxes.

But note that your registration may trigger other statutory registration like VAT etc.

According to the law failure to register for VAT or tax generation after incorporation triggers a POL of N20,000 and certain penalties as determined by the tax law.

Either ways, I'd advise that you go to a tax consultant closest to you for tax advise straight away.

Do not GO to the TAX OFFICE on your own.

Above subject refers:

I wish to refer to my Canadian visa application form, Background Information Section: Question 2b. In response to the question “Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?” I answered “YES” and gave reason as “MY APPLICATION WAS REFUSED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT DOCUMENTS”.
I will like to give more detailed information about the denials and hereby request that same be considered as part of my application. I forgot to add this detail when submitting my application online. Below are the countries I have applied to, dates and the details of the denials.

1. CANADA (UCI-93xxxc) Application No.: V3072xxxx
My first application to the Canadian High Commission, Nigeria; was on the 12/07/2015. The application was denied.
Reason for Denial: Travel history, Purpose of visit, personal assets and financial status (Copy of denial letter attached and marked “Canada-Refusal Doc”)

2. UNITED KINGDOM (Post Reference: ABUJA/955751)
· My first visa application to the UK was denied on the 30/07/2013
Reason for Refusal: (Copy of refusal letter attached and marked “UK-Refusal Doc1”)

· My second application to the UK was denied on the 05/08/2014
Reason for Refusal: (Copy of refusal letter attached and marked “UK-Refusal Doc2”)

· My third application to the UK was denied on the 15/02/2016
Reason for Refusal: (Copy of refusal letter attached and marked “UK-Refusal Doc3”)
Meanwhile, my fourth and fifth applications were granted and I was issued 6 and 24 months respectively. I have attached copies of the UK and French visas to my online Canadian visa application.

3. UNITED STATES of AMERICA

My applications to the US embassy, Abuja; were denied. I put in the applications on 2015, 2015 and 2017. All the applications were refused due to insufficient documents according to the Visa officer. I have also attached a copy of the refusal notices and marked same for the various applications.
With hope that you will consider the above information as part of my application.

You have been very generous on this Forum and many like me owe you many thanks. Please whenever you have any valuable contributions, PLEASE, PLEASE share it. The rule were made for us and not us for the rule. This whole fear of derailing thread is becoming a stumbling block. The Primary Thread is INVESTMENT. That is the way I understand it. It even sounds monotonous when we limit ourselves too strictly discussing nothing but same thing over and over and over again. Some digression and small quarrelling, do help to bring the better part of some of us

The Vasai Local Crime Branch (LCB) arrested two locals, who had come to sell 21.7kg Ephedrine drug at Manikpur, Vasai West, India last Sunday night, October 1.

The cops have also nabbed a Nigerian national identified as Stephen U, who had come to buy the entire cache from the duo. Along with the drug consignment, a high-end luxury car has also been recovered from the crime site.

The drug is worth crores in international market as various party drug products can be manufactured with the help of this stock seized.

According to reports, the Vasai LCB received a tip-off that there a huge cache of drug would change hands at Manikpur in Vasai West. Acting on the information, the sleuths laid a trap to nab the accused.

"We have arrested two people who were selling this drug at Vasai West", Said Ashok Honmane, PI LCB. He also confirmed about the arrest of the Nigerian national who was there to purchase the entire lot.

The Indian accused have been identified as Sarfarqz Yousuf Memon and Sohail Yousuf Memo.

Sohail Memon has been identified as the same person who had last month slapped a traffic cop 3 to 4 times during an argument, in full public view at a busy Vasai junction.

They have been arrested under various sections of NDPS act of 1985 and have been remanded to police custody till the October 7.
