All that Buhari did was to have one of his media aids release a tarse congratulatory message bereft of any serious positive emotion! Soludo has visited Abuja on numerous occasions since then, even visiting the DSS headquarters to meet and interact with the Onyendu himself, Nnamdi Kanu, yet the presidency has deliberately refused to accord this man with the respect he totally deserves with that symbolic welcome. Is it because he is not another northern imposed barely educated tout, foisted on an Eastern government house to loot and ruin as usual?

Because his solid moral bearings and education will not allow him to dance to the whims and caprices of an overzealous presidency brimming with ethnic hate and sectional agendas? Or is it because he is not another Hope Uzodimma or Rochas Okorocha or Orji Kalu, who largely depended on the political patronage of the feudal oligarchy of the north, to hyjack power in Igboland as they ran amok? Why the brazen attempt to deflate Soludos ego and rain on his parade by this irredeemably vindictive presidency? Someone will come here to tell us that there is still time for this or that this is not necessary..., but what he or she won't tell us is why other "midterm" elected governors saw the presidency much earlier after their elections and why this delay was reserved for one Charles Soludo and not for one Hope Uzodimma or say one Umar Ganduje..

Many Nigerians are still holding on to the fantasy of a restructuring, hoping to succeed in electing a winning candidate that will implement the new beginning back into self government at regional level.

Truth of the matter is next administration will carry the nation for eight years.

There are two TRUE contestants in this election cycle, APC and PDP. Neither of them has shown capacity for restructuring and this means their administration will be in lock step with the fraudulent 1999 constitution, nothing will change. No restructuring, no referendum, ONE Nigeria continues with same bullshit as it has always been.

Those of us interested in an end to Nigeria are already disengaged in our patriotism, it has shifted elsewhere. Our body is in Nigeria but our spirit and mind is not. Our empathies go to those still invested in the fraud ONE Nigeria with mind, spirit and body.

It is evident to see events in last two months as forecast on what eould happen next.

1. If Atiku would truly be committed to restructuring Nigeria he ought to have demonstrated that by yielding to call for equity and justice and not contest the primary. As a powerful PDP member and elder he should have lent his voice to support and back an Ibo candidate.

They say charity begins at home. Starting to demonstrate equity in party primaries will earn trust and commitment towards bigger shift in the current structure of Nigeria. Atiku's refusal yield is a primary indicator that inequity and injustice will continue....do not expect to get restructuring under an Atiku government.


2. If Tinubu could not support youths at EndSars rally, if he could not add voice to the pains of his own Yoruba people repeatedly under siege and armed attack by occupying fulani force throughout SW, what makes you think he will come save Ibo or Kalabari, or Ibibuo, Ijaw or Edo from the barrels of an invading force intended on seizing prime real estate in South for fulani ownership?

Restructuring of Nigeria is an opposition to the current constitution and imbalance in administrative powers. Indigeneous regions would like to self-rule their land and not be told how to live on land or who they must share it with. A Christian land want to live by its Christian faith and not be dictated by a Muslim center to allow mosque or give land for muslim cemetary or sponsor muslims to Hajj. Likewise a Muslim land want same self-privilege. A land with faith in ancestral worship do not want to be denied rights to worship their ancestors. These self-rights begin in the way a Presidential candidate earn trust and bring people along to his side, and he does that by making sure his team is balanced and project equity and justice as its brand.

When Tinubu choosed a Muslim pair for VP he has already rejected restructuring as a brand.

He might be right or wrong but the fact is that he would never have commanded serious fellowship amongst the citizenry because of his brand of politiking.

He is more of an ideologue and folks like him only get to power through uprisings, since their beliefs and rules make it difficult for them to navigate the dirty political process competitively. His support for Buhari in 2015 doesn't help matters. It would have been great if he joined the Labor Party to form a more radical cell within the party... But standing alone and looking all frustrated with the population for not towing his line is nothing but a pity party.., it will not win him the presidency. He should improvise.. It's the same problem with Pat Utomi who is stuck in Lagos State while petty robbers ransack Asaba government house.

America will not be allowed to foist another masquerade on us as a president again! NEVER! They did that thing with Buhari and the military administrators and that's why we're suffering today.. Collectively, the suffering masses of this over abused country have to do everything humanly possible to make sure that this NEVER repeats itself again..

Every NYSC season, they will recruit Southern corpers to go and help out in the arid north. Meanwhile core Northern corpers, especially the females, will never cross Lokoja... Is that not evil? How many Shuwa Arab female corpers have you seen serving at Awka or Akure before? But they will load southern gals, including those that are newly engaged, off to Birnin Kebbi and Gwoza to face the daily temptations of all those sex starved inbreds. Every sector is rigged in favor of those who think that they have captured Nigeria..
