I bought half a plot of land with a (not too fancy) building last year November for N25M at Agbelekale. It is close to the Chicken Republic building at Ekoro road. The current price of the land if I wish to sell today is N38M. Though I'm not willing to sell. So the confirmed price from Agent if you want a piece of land with building on it and close to major road is between N30M to N40M. Mind you, the Lagos state government are planning to move Computer Village to the area next year or 2027. This will impact on the price of land at the location next year.
