Well I wonder when and how certain contracts are awarded in this country and whether background checks of companies are ever carried out before the award of contracts especially the ones as sensitive as this one

I never told you about the legality of his stay. That I cannot ascertain all I know is that his younger bros has joined him.

Guys with visitors visa still go there and iron things out successfully. I know someone that traveled in November 2015 with 3weeks duration visa but he has sorted out things and has even brought his younger brother in first week of April this year. You either didn't do your home work well or you were unlucky.
