If he had resigned then someone else would replace him and if all the good people(not saying he's a good or bad person just talking generally) continue to resign then you'll be left with an all evil government which in my opinion may be woorse than it is with a few good people trying their best.

If someone could employ you and pay you 240k then I think you are competent enough to take a break from working and come back to the workforce with stronger negotiating power.

Now. . .My grouse is. . If this institution will be unaffordable for the children of a common man on the street. . . .Who then gets the generated income of the institution since its sole aim is optimum profit maximization.

no quality school in the world is run solely on tax payers money. How much is the entire tax of oyo state sef. That's why all our schools are under funded. Moral of the lesson: honesty even in it smallest form pays

Putting out everything for some job roles will make you loose it as you may be considered over qualified which would mean higher salary for the employer so you automatically loose.

A Non-disclosure agreement is just to protect the intellectual property of the company you want to work for. It is not the same as a bond or a non-compete agreement. If you think you like the job take it and you can leave at any time. however, you can not tell anybody the things you see or hear while at work. You should also get a learned colleage(lawyer) to go through the agreement and make sure your obligations and expectations are in line with the new employers.
