That is how people are misled. Someone will see this now and start thinking of how to do Internet fraud. I'm sure there are people in his family who have one need or the other. Well obviously they are targeting pple who attended private university or people who studied abroad. Imagine if u gain admission to Covenant Uni at 16, u finish at 20, u go for Nysc at 21. Finish ur msc at 22, work for 2 yrs, then u qualify for their job.
I went to a federal uni and spent a total of 10 yrs for both bsc and msc. I didn't have extra o. Infact I had the best results in both. But ASUU strike claimed a total of 4 yrs out of it.
