warrikid: Ok aside their online forms which I filled n printed out,these were my back up docs ; 1:Letter of acceptance from Humber(PGD in Project Management,jan-Aug 2015). 2:Receipt of tuition(1 semester +health insurance n split fee),payed from my own acct. 3: 2 SOAs,mine and dat of my uncle as co-sponsor. My closing balance after paid fees was 1.2m,His was 4.9M. 4: Letter of sponsorship from my uncle.(Letter headed n duly signed n sealed). 5:SOP.(Maybe not convincing enuff) 6:Academic documents. 7.My Passport That's basically all oooO. Na wetin I bn see for cic requirements I submit b4 o. Hmmmmmm. Contibutions pls.

Bin seeling admission in the Nigeria University of 5 years now, Jamb and post Utme wahala nor won allow me study...even pay bride self, dem chop person money.no admission...Menh man just dey frustrated seeking a way out.

kunletune: Guys in the house, I Applied for my trv early this month, i paid first semester tuition fee which was $5100 the school is Vancouver Island University for undergraduate. I have been worried a little, i submitted all the documents requested and my mum was my sponsor. My fear is that in my travel History i over stayed in South Africa and i hope this won't affect the issuance of my TRV. i just pray ooooooooooooo..

In d app form there is a section de ask if u ve overstayed ur visa and stuff like that. Did u acknowledge it?

Liz2014: But I don't think its a must to do medicals before trv. don't know about study permits though, but I got the same email yesterday on behalf of my mum and she don collect her passport stamped with visa. I applied 4th august.
I know of people who's had trvs without medicals.
So wait till your dispatched passport arrives before jumping into conclusion.

If u re staying for more than 6 months, you'd require medicals

I used zenith. "A form" stuff. Took roughly 10 days for the school to send me receipt.

Mcjimmy: U need to be careful applying to that kind of school because some school may give you admission and not recognized by the embassy...it's just like getting an admission into an unaccredited school in Nigeria... I believe a school that requires application fee is a serious school.. Opinion divided.

Fleming college is a recognised skool. Some don't require app fee just to encourage peeps to apply.

Pls anyone in the house who had done the biometric is it something that takes time or i have to plan for sleep over and is it advisable i do my medicals now. True that bro! The bottom line I resist the temptation of submitting fake documents and let God take care of the rest

It's true no one can guarantee you visa but you will agree with me that an agent with good standing with the canadian embassy increases ur chance even if it's by 1% (sometimes all u need to succeed is that 1%)

If you have the money to pay an agent by all means go for it but if you don't or u you don't want to you can do it yourself.

Let me just chip this in, some clients submit forged docs to agent and they end up getting denied and they fault the agent when you know fully well the fault came from you. Just saying.....i stand to be corrected tho

Please kindly help me out with some concerns:
I applied for a a Study visa after been admitted to run a PGD program with George Brown College,Toronto for the September 2014 semester,applied through the paper route( April 9th-Biometrics,May 10th- Medicals, May 23rd- Letter of Approval sent, July 3rd- Went to get my passport@VFS Oregun but to my dismay,on the stamped&approved visa-it was cancelled) with a letter stating REASONS OF:1. Insufficient financial resources to pay tuition and living expenses whilst not working during period of study). This is after paying my 1st semester fees of $7,550CAD.
And i deferred admission to January 2015 and arranging to re-apply again....Now i am about to pay the full tuition for the duration of study and also using my paternal uncle who is a Canadian citizen and my sponsor(used him previously) though this time he is boosting his bank statements,providing all his payslips,documents of proof of house ownership,letter of sponsorship stating that he is solely responsible for my upkeep,accomodation and living expenses as he also resides in Toronto.
Please friends,kindly advise if this will erase the 1st cancellation and if its presentable enough 2. Is 1st week of October too late for re-applying as my medical seems to still be valid...your advise will be deeply appreciated. God bless you
