it seems the people of rivers state and the people of kaduna are f00ls! that is why wike and el rufai would be the ones to tell them who to vote come 2023. from my observation, the states with sane minded and highly intellectual people so far are Imo, akwa-ibom, cross-river, ebonyi, delta, edo, and anambra. i am still observing other states though. these are just my finding so far. the Governor does not dictate what happens in all the states i mentioned above
