Double N, first find out if there's a current update for ur phone . . .search & download d firmware, then follow the steps above. .u might not need d product code changing step. . .bt if u have a reliable internet connection, u can run d update online.

The Online updater gives a Host Process Layer error when i try to run it and i cant seem to find the firmware on the net.

Good Job you guys are doing here, a very clever idea to set-up a cisco thread.As for the dynamips solution,the limitation is the abiltiy to get hold of a valid cisco ios image.Iv tried the cisco website but found nothing.Please if u have a link as to where it can be easily obtained,we will be very pleased.Nice work once again.

I use a HP Pavilion DV6000 PC with a 12 Cell Battery and it runs for 4hours in Power Saver Mode with reduced brightness when reading and listening to music and just over 3Hours when watching movies.Kinda Unimpressive knowing i had to cough out 22,000 for it.
