The application was filed on the basis of a USC or a lawful permanent father petitioning for her alien biological daughter to take residence with him in America.

Now since there’s one document that falsifies his blood ties to his daughter, every other documents, no matter how genuine they may be is rendered useless, false or invalid and it is deemed immigration fraud.

Oh the contrary, he's not right at all especially when he said the man should have listed his daughter as being adopted which would have further complicated his case as that would be tantamount to wilful false submission. He's only right on a technicality but as long as the man had no idea that he was not biologically related to her and the USCIS failed to alert him that her access was revoked which is something that they should have legally provided, the man has a legitimate case in court.

He's even going further to state that the man should have claimed it was an adoption when I'm damn sure the man has no adoption papers and would have complicated his case by taking it from an unintentional false submission to a wilful one.
