I didnt know before now that a president can fume and declare orders in a democratic government. Isn't there a protocol that must be followed in these matters? Why is everyone in that government keeping mum? They are probably afraid that Trump will insult or worse release the skeletons in their cupboard. Interesting times.

The exact crime enacted by the assailant. I believe that a device should be created that inflicts the same degree of pain/sensation inflicted by the perpetrator on the victim. Death sentence is too primitive and a convenient way out. Hell must be begin on earth and this device can help with that. If they don't where to begin, they can contact me.

For starters, I suggest the following names for consideration for this initiative
1. Justice through Reciprocity
2. Equity in Justice
3. Proportional Accountability Initiative

I honestly believe that serving jail time serves no purpose for these type of crimes. Neither is death sentence.

The best approach is to keep the person alive while administering on a periodic basis some form of torture that is equivalent to the crime committed.
