and as for Durosure, you were unnecessarily being rigid and you were obviously taking advantage and attempting to exploit your client. You could have simply asked for a fee for your services because I agree you duly offered your service to him by making payment for him which means the first transaction was completed, the refund is a totally different transaction which both of you should reach a mutual agreement on rather than you just being rigid and feeling Almighty just because his funds was trapped with you, that is tantamount to blackmail.

I employed the services of an E-currency seller "Durosure" for eBay checkout of $129.14 and we settled 380/$.deal went fast n smooth(very commendable) but i got a rude shock the next day when i logged in into my account that the seller issued a full refund based on the device was faulty(which is beyound my control as sellers has right to). I called him that evening to let him no and he say he would check and he later confirmed but said it would take 7 days for the money to reflect in his account as against what i know.early this morning he msg me that the money has arrived and i sent him my account details only for him to say if he must refund it,it would be at the rate of 330/$ as against our initial 380/$ and up till now he refused to send me money.please oooh am i the 1 missing something here or what because if his 330/$ stands it means i would loss #7000 which 2 me its improper and very dubious,now his even refusing to use the money to purchase something else for me.

UBA naira Mastercard works for online transactions but with 100 dollar /month limit, and you have to transact at the early hours of the day because they have daily allocation of dollars to Mastercard. Once others exhaust it, you won't be able to pay with it till the next day
