FC is America
Clh is Australia

FC UK and CH are the ones with accent.

But if you're lucky to jam HL or SR, then you're good to go.

I only release the once that have heavy accent or the audio is not clear.

Mehn, Just finished a 9 mins SR audio in quite a rush.
Went to check the finished transcript. Found out I transcribed two "all right" as "alright".

just try to know what services the company provides. Example, PF is education, SR solar services for the home, etc.
Just understand the flow and what de her talking about.
For SR, are they talking about setting the solar penel and the charges?
Just go with the flow

You may want to uninstall the app, program or update on your device. Clear all cookies and history on your browser. Also check that you have a decent internet connection. If you've checked all these and you're still stuck, let's see the screenshot. It may be something that someone here can help you with ASAP. Don't forget to blur the sensitive material in the screenshot

I transcribed a FC call yesterday afternoon where the customer na grade one stammerer. And the worst part is that he won't even allow the rep to and his talk he will jump in with his stuttering and fast British accent. I will just cool down listen to all his stammering and rephrase in my own way. 10 mins call and I still get my 5 rating.

Lol... I think they accept some rephrasing on FC calls or them sef no dey hear well. Those guys just speak more words per second than Americans so it's double the work

Well, they gave me a 5 maybe for encouragement because I no sure say I hear everything correct. I spent 6hrs on the 15min clip for just $3, could have made double that if I had American accent calls. The last FC I worked on was a 1. The way I dey refresh now sef e be like say I go try another small one. Those audios are not just worth it men. It wont be a bad idea if they raise the rates for those

At last the mail we have been waiting for has dropped. Looks like they've fixed the payment issue

Was able to get three last night without refreshing much but during the day I refresh for hours before I get a good one. I even had to do one of these so called calls after frustration

Everything you do on your foreign PP should be via the link of the country where u opened the PP. Or else you will get that message. If you are very sure that you're entering the right pw, use a fresh IE/Microsoft edge where you have deleted cookies and cleared history to try again. If you opened Lesotho PP for example, and you want to contact customer support, make sure you contact the LesothoPP support. If you don't want issues with ur PP the best browsers to use are Chrome and IE/Edge. If possible, always use the same device to login to your account

I have tried on my own severally and its not working. I could send it to your mail to maintain their privacy rules.

Was it just in the punctuation that you erred? Cos you can still get a pass mark despite submitting a transcript with not so good punctuation and sentence structure. You sure you didn't miss anything or misheard?

You only need to change the ATM PIN to activate the card. Once you login to the web portal, you'll be prompted to provide a new and safer PIN

The card has it's own bank account so to speak, those ten digits at the back that you pay into. I think banks are even being penalized for not including BVN in documentation now. It's needed for everything financial now

Morning all, great job you are doing here. I have taken time to go through most of this thread and was equally able to read some pages of the previous one before it was taken down. I also printed the FAQ and went through some samples of transcripts on QA. My first attempt at transcribing resulted in a rating of 1 because of IVR(that I actually thought was transcribable as it was the only dialogue throughout and contained vital information). My second attempt was yesterday night (around 11 pm) and I received a mail saying it wasn't ready to be submitted for transcription. Here are the errors noted:
-Reversed rep and customer
-Non-adherence to TransTeam FAQ Format


-I understand the first error-type (even though I took the pain to keep pressing the enter key whenever I notice that the speaker does not correspond with the label, but obviously I must have done something wrong).
-I don't understand anything about TransTeam FAQ Format at all.

I would appreciate all the help I can get as these two transcribed texts have helped discourage me.

P.S: I just noticed that both customers and reps were talking at the same time and I typed both where I should have typed what the last person said. But I still don't get the second issue.

It must've been that statement in your PS. You must have included some part of customer statement in rep's or vice versa. You can either do them on separate lines next time if they both complete their statements or just transcribe the statement that's complete whichever it is be it rep or customer and ignore the incomplete statement. Your 5s soon come. You're already diligent
