BBM is still more advance than WhatsApp, with BBM you can retract messages either it has been read or not. you can also time messages and make it readable for a specified length of time., and so many other options.

It's not a ploy from the Fed Govt, neither is it the FG's fault, it's the state that is responsible for posting.

the FG categorically stated that they shouldn't post participants to places that are far from their place of residence because the stipend they are giving will not be enough.

But sadly, most states didn't follow that instruction

I doubt if anybody has either, even Bible scholars have divergent views on it.

This is one attitude/attribute i strongly dislike among fellow Christians, we never want to admit that there are certain things we do not know/can never know as humans.

Deuteronomy 29:29 says "the secrete things belongs to God............. ......" We should stop interpreting the Bible in ways that suits us.

Now take a look at the bolded statement in your write up. How do you know that? You speak authoritatively like someone with absolute knowledge, are you God?

I like Muslims for one thing, if you ask them anything that is beyond human understanding, they will frankly admit that they don't know it., that it's only God that knows that.

But as Christians, we still Like to look for ways of answering such questions. WE CAN NEVER BE AT PAR WITH OUR CREATOR IN TERMS OF KNOWLEDGE OR ANYTHING for that matter. We must learn to admit that there are certain things that are beyond human knowledge/understanding and are not explainable.

The case of this Boko boys is mind boggling, i was discussing with a senior colleague who has a friend in the NA early this week. Even the man was complaining that they don't know where they keep emerging from, because at times he said they use to kill as high as 400 during a shootout.

There was even a particular time when he called, and was hearing gunshots, he said they are currently engaging them..........

God help us. Anyway we are in the end time and such things shouldn't be unexpected.

You may Check out other studies, with a fairly large sample size (N) and you will see its roughly 70%. The higher the value of N, the more accurate it is.

You want to conclude based on your own sample size? That's laughable. Your sample size is too small to draw any conclusion. Forget your 15yrs or so experience, we are talking about statistics from the Federal ministry of health where over 148K women were studied.

Now you are talking about a minute number of women you have personally encountered and you want everyone to take you serious?
With all your years of experience I doubt if the total number of women you have encountered are upto 5K. and that is completely insignificant when compared with the sample size the Federal Government worked with.

I still insist FGM is a major reason why women hate sex in Nigeria/Africa. The main reason for the practice is to suppress a woman's sexual urge so that she won't be promiscuous thus keep her virginity for her husband.

I don't want to delve deeply into the topic because I don't have the time. But It has been medically established that FGM makes sex a painful experience for women, lack interest, less enjoyable, inability to achieve orgasssmm, etc because most of the sensitive organs are tampered with, especially the clitt.

Have you ever wondered why white women like sexx and are willing to have sexx more than black/African women?
The answer is simply because whites don't practice FGM. they are more enlightened/educated on the health hazards of FGM.

In short, regardless of when you were born. The fact remains that 70% of women in Nigeria have been mutilated. (but for the exception of new borns)

Recent studies puts the prevalence rate @70%. I have a study conducted in 2010 by the federal ministry of health in conjunction with the ministry of women affairs in the 36 States of the federation and the prevalence rate is alarming.
I was in Osun State last year and i witnessed several organised campaigns by the Federal Government against FGM. Osun is among the states with the highest prevalence rate of about 70%. They still do it in Osun and many other states.

So what are you talking about? Do you want me to post screenshots? You can even go online and update your self and stop displaying your ignorance here.

And who told you type III and IV are rare? Infact they are the most common in Africa. Types I and II also affects a woman's sexual life.

@the boldened, for the case of prostitution, i have encountered a lot of guys who used it as an argument but what you all fail to understand is that majority, of these ladies are into prostitution because of abject poverty,

I have read comments from guys here who narrate their experience with those so called prostitutes, they say most of them just lie down like a log of wood, showing no interest and hurry the guy to be fast about it and leave so that they can attend to another customer. This bluntly shows lack of interest in the act, but just in the money.

Leave the case of lesbianism out of this issue, we are talking about heterosexuals.
Homosexualism is an abnormality and cannot be used for a valid argument in this case.

I urge you to read about FGM practice & it's effects on Sexuality. (Female Genital Mutilation) which is very common in Nigeria/Africa. It seems you are ignorant of the practice and it's effects that's why you are arguing with me. If you had foreknowledge on FGM you will not come here and counter my post with irrelevant argument.
