Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Ibadan Job For N175,000 Or Kaduna Job For N259,000 : Which Should I Go For? by Drdreyy: 5:56am On Sep 08, 2021 |
kingsolium: Good morning house, pls I need your views and opinions on this subject matter.
Ok, I currently work with an FMCG Coy in Ibadan as an inventory officer where I earn N175k net on a monthly basis. It’s important to state here that I was living in Lagos prior to my getting this FMCG job.
So, I moved to Ibadan 2 months ago and currently put up with a friend in his apartment while I try to figure out how to move my stuffs to Ibadan on relocation basis. But along the line, I got a job with a big agricultural establishment affiliated to a multinational agricultural firm and I’m being offered N259k for a start excluding other benefits such as airtime(15k) which is different from my main salary.
Also note that the N259k is gross so my take home could be around N230k or thereabouts.
Now here’s the challenge. This new job is in Kaduna(the state capital) and I’ve not been to kaduna before. So, house what do you think about this. I need your candid, sincere and factual advice on this matter.
Thank you Bro please link me up with a job. I studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering and graduated with second class upper division.. Please connect me. I have sent you a PM. Thanks . |

The impact of some of them is like a mini bomb or grenade. No charm in this world can work against such. A .50BMG for example will clear anything within its path. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Where Does The Human Soul Go To After Death? by Drdreyy: 12:41pm On Apr 25, 2021 |
hopefulLandlord: Soul? what exactly is that? I looked through a biology book but couldn't find a reference to souls. I looked through a mythology book however and found all kinds of information on souls. Are there any peer reviewed scholastic research papers published in any medical journals that I could learn more about this thing called souls? Where is this thing? how many does each person have? 1? 2? more? it varies?
What gene is it linked to in our DNA? What kind of cells is it made of or what exactly is it made of? can we see thing thing with an MRI machine or a powerful microscope? Who do you think would know more about this thing called souls: a witch doctor from the deepest jungles of Ogbomoso who has had no contact with civilization, or the entire science faculty from MIT? Scientists study everything; why don't they study souls? Is it for the same reasons they don't study the powers of Deadpool or the magic of Harry Potter? The concept of soul is a deep mystery that we may never grasp. Think of it this way; Your body and your cloth, your body and your car. If either your cloth or car gets badly damaged, you will have no option than to abandon them. What I am trying to say in essence is that the real you lives inside your body and that is what is fondly referred to as soul. Just like the analogy of cloth and car, if your body gets critically damaged, your soul will leave and that's called death . That being inside of you that feels emotion, takes decision, read meaning to things, etc before instructing your physical body to act is the real you or your soul. |

For those condemning masturbation, I think it is a lesser evil when compared with keeping girlfriend(s) or patronising prostitutes.
HIV and other STI are all over the place. Apart from infections, girlfriends/prostitutes are also physically and financially draining. Also men that masturbate can never nurse the idea of rape.
From the religious point of view, keeping girlfriend(s) is also a sin until both of you are legally married.
In conclusion, if we juxtapose the pros and cons of masturbation we can all see it is a lesser evil, but people tend to abuse it and that is why they come here often complaining about loss of erectión and other issues. Moderation is very important in whatever we do in this life. |

Emyogalanya: why not display it knowledge about it and let's learn.]my guy if u must know my focus is on the physical appearance of bullet proof. Nothing about it shows it can stop a bullet By the way do u think it's 100, percent perfect "Bullet proof" is an ambiguous word because there are so many things we can make to become bullet proof, But for the purpose of this discussion, I know you are referring to a bullet proof vest. There's nothing special about them and as you would expect, they are made from hard materials with several layers to slow down a speeding bullet and eventually bring it to a halt. There are several materials utilized but the most common one is kevlar because of its light weight and flexibility. A bullet proof vest shouldn't be too heavy and rigid otherwise it becomes uncomfortable to wear. In terms of its effectiveness, it is not 100% especially for a close range shot. And it cannot stop all bullets for example a .50caliber |

Ammishaddai: Bros, you do not need to get emotional. This is a historical fact that can be verified by a simple google check. Stop displaying aggressive behavior when you know you cannot justify your argument You are the one that has failed woefully to justify your argument by being unable to bring up pictorial evidence(s) to back up your foolish claim that the car was turned into a swiss-cheese. You are not in anyway different from those guys up there who base their beliefs on charms on mere heresays. |

Benbellamor: Dont let us go far, Go to Oshogbo in osun state, meet the High chief Elebuibon., his name says it all Yes there are charms that protects against bullets but keeping the rules is one thing Again it has a taboo....that is the area that people abused mostly Many Betrayals especially in yoruba land keep exposing the taboo to enemies in exchange for a ransom The whites came in first and bribe heavily some people to make inquiries about the taboos and it was revealed in exchange for money That's why the fear of using it is a disadvantage Africans are their own enemies because of envy Forget all this rambles. Charms can't stop AK47 or any of these anti-aircraft bullets. The AK47 is such a formidable weapon. It is the most reliable firearm out there because it hardly fails. |

Imagine shooting someone and bullet no enter? I was upstairs tho watching everything that day. Terrible day actually. Probably they used those locally made pistols. Get an AK47 or other assorted rifles and watch the charm fail. |

femi4: That's the real price. That drop in price is a marketing strategy.
E.g if a product is 100k, I ll write 150k and slash it to 100k to attract customers to pity the seller for drastically bringing his price down Impossible. That phone cannot be 21K. Check the price online, it is between 55K to 115K. Huawei phones are like Samsung and Iphone, very expensive. Samsung and other elite brands will never sell any phone with 4G LTE, finger print scanner, HD screen, 13mp camera, snapdragon processor etc.....for that ridiculously low price. |
