Shameless El Rufai. You are being beaten to your game, now you are crying wolf. |
Terrorism is a menace that has no place in any society. It has no brother or sister,it has no friend,it has no ethnicity or religion. It should never be celebrated.Lets put aside our party, religious or ethnic affiliation and fight terrorism head on. |
Oh!These people are heartless |
bettercreature:I dont know where it is sold for that price but in PH it is #3,500. |
No wonder! Its been terrible in my area.No power for 3 days stretch now.Last month and beginning of this month was fair. Its been on and off since then |
I am a Chelsea fan but I hate the way Costa behaves. He is a thug,no iota of sportsmanship in his play |
The owner of this newspaper is a core tribalist. This is not the first time the paper is indulging in an irresponsible and utterly biased write up.Yet people accuse Nnamdi Kanu of fanning the ambers of discord and hatred between Igbos and Yorubas. This is just unacceptable,a mainstream media putting out this rubbish for people to read.SMH |
I don't think any state has more coal deposit than Enugu. In Enugu, while digging bore hole you will meet coal |
Drab match |
Mourinho is just the problem of the team right now,he is just clueless on how to manage the defense. How can he take off mikel who was stabilizing the defense to bring in an attacker who was finding it difficult to trap balls. He should know by now that that the defense is weak by default, worse of he bought a Falcao who is just a mirror of Torres when he was in Chelsea.I blame Mourinho for the problem with the team. |
Roberta Vinci came from a set down to shock world number one Serena Williams 2-6 6-4 6-4 and set up an all-Italian US Open final, ending the American's dream of a calendar slam. The unseeded Italian lost the first set and Williams appeared to be on course for a routine victory, but the 32-year-old world number 35 dug deep to claim the biggest win of her career and inflict a painful loss. Vinci broke Williams' serve in the third game of the match but the six-time Flushing Meadows champion broke back in the very next game as she won five straight games to secure a comfortable first set. A tenacious Vinci broke again in the second set as Williams struggled to keep her focus, and this time the Italian was able to consolidate it to open a 4-2 lead and saw out the set 6-4. Williams came flying out of the blocks at the start of the deciding set with an early break of the Vinci serve, only to be pegged back again as Williams conceded the fourth game of the set with a timid double fault. An increasingly emotional Williams, whose animated outbursts became a regular feature as the tension grew, opened the door to Vinci at 3-3 in the third with back-to-back double faults - only for Vinci to miss a routine volley when she had the chance to force two break points. But in the very same game Vinci applied the pressure on the Williams with the winning shot in an extraordinary rally, which the Italian finished off with a sublime volley - raising the roof on the Arthur Ashe court as Vinci completed the break to go 4-3 ahead. Williams removed some strapping on her right foot and seemed set to bounce back immediately at 40-15, but let Vinci back in and the Italian struck back to make it 5-3 and held on to win the deciding set 6-4, in front of a stunned New York crowd. http://www.eurosport.com/tennis/us-open-women/2015/serena-williams-v-roberta-vinci-live_sto4906473/story.shtml |
Looking at the pix, what he has is likely Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis, baring histology report, not likely Steven Johnson Syndrome.May not necessarily be the fault of the drug company because these reactions(TEN and SJS) are clearly written out by the drug company as one of the adverse effects of the drug as a warning to whoever is on the medication.Someone should have been able to take a good drug and allergy history before prescribing the medication. However,it is easy to lay blame, sometimes these things happen even after taking a thorough drug and allergy history especially if this is the first episode of drug reaction in the patient.I wish him soonest recovery |
A bunch of unrepentant tribalists. They listed South East and South South appointments but refused to show a list of Nothern appointments under Goodluck's administration |
Oliseh, another disaster in the waiting! |
Terrible display of football |
I hope we are not gonna play Egypt with this same team.I can only imagine what will happen ![]() |
Obviously in experience Oliseh,20mins to go and you have made all your changes. |
The super eagles are tired, the effect of chronic bench warming in their various clubs |
The only shinning light in the team is Simon |
I have been watching a bunch of purposeless, headless running round the field.SMH |
Oliseh,is this the kind of national team you are building.Ok, continue |
Same old sluggish football ![]() |
Is this the 'Oliseh team'? ![]() |
Omeruo always falling, yet super eagles handlers alway play him |
@op,you are a gold digger, sorry I have to be blunt. You are confused because you want a guy who you like and who is also rich. The fact is that you primarily want a rich guy possibly because of your family status and what people will think about you and your family if you marry a 'poor' guy.Unfortunately,in life some times these features don't come in one package. You have to make a choice on what you really want. You family is not helping matters because you all have the same 'marry the rich guy syndrome'.I wish you the best in your eventual choice. |
Well perfected charade to deceive the gullible |
Interesting. |
Iluv:You have to start taking campaign promises serious because what would be your reasons for casting your vote?If you vote in a person simply because for one reason or the other you don't like the previous government, how are you sure the new government would fare better. We should vote for a politician because of the promises that he/she would perform BETTER,so that if he/she doesn't keep to the promises,we then hold the person accountable. |
bushdoc9919:Thank you doc for your contribution. It is unfortunate that whenever a patient dies in a hospital, the doctors and nurses are held responsible even when these health practitioners had done everything humanly possible to save these lives.I am not holding brief for the doctors and nurses who were on duty on that day.I write this as a doctor who has worked at this same Accident and Emergency in UPTH in the past.I must say that this particular A/E is a jungle and I mean it.It is one of the worst places for any health practitioner to take calls.Problems ranging from lack of materials to work with to inadequate number of personnels are some of the myriad of problems bedeviling this institution and not just the A/E.Its high time we started holding our leaders accountable for these kind of unfortunate events. The student should also express their grievances through a peaceful protest to the government house, not destroying government property the way it was alleged to have been done at the UPTH.This is an eye opener to some of us who have not realized the level of rot of our public health facilities. For a young life to be cut short is a great loss to the family and loved ones.RIP to the dead.May God give the family the fortitude to bear the loss. |
I think Angola will beat Tunisia. They play better so far |
Mizzzbeee:Final game is tomorrow,Angola yet to play against Tunisia |
Yes!Good work boys.Nigeria won! |
