VO : on your last trip to the US did you stay with your Uncle . I said Yes . She was the one that used her mouth to say UNCLE ( and I actually remembered that I’ve been asked this question either on my DS-160 for my B1/B2 or at the point of entry during one of my visits to the US and it has always been my Aunty)

The VO must have been uncomfortable with the fact that your relative in the US had a major role to play in how you heard about the school, why you are going to the school, and where you have been staying during your visits.

You have to make your home ties stand out during the next interview.

I feel you are getting worried cos you read about statements on this thread that are 8M plus.

Your fees are almost negligible compared to the average amount an international student spends in the US. Your account statements may not be requested.

Even if they are asked, both accounts each have over 120% of the fees, and together over 240% of the fees. As far as the cash flow is stable, you do not need to worry.

What school is that?

Oh.
That's the same issue that got a PhD applicant denied..the VO kept wondering how the sponsor would sacrifice the 70k that showed on the I20.

You need to contact the school. Tell them that the sponsor is providing 21K for her studies.

The reasoning that the school is using implies that the sponsor would empty his account for her funding, which is not normal.

It would be used to cover the deficits and she'll give the remaining to her to sustain herself. The SOA would cover the 38k she said. But the actual deficit is 21k

She may mean the tuition deficit is 21K.
How is she able to drop 38K to 21K

All which schools? U mean US schools?
US schools aren't free unless you get full waivers/scholarship/funding...and what is required depends on the requirements of the school, or the strength of the applicant pool to the same school.

Immunization is not required if you're going to the US, but some schools mandate it on international students.

I was previously denied visa in May 2019, and so while booking for a new appointment i made the mistake of using the old ds160 number....I cancelled that appointment and try to book a new appointment with a new filled ds160....but the system tells me ‘there’s no appointment at this time’

The school was noted as 'UNRANKED' by US NEWS, and his past two interviews have centered around the school and why he chose it. Possibly a red flag School to the VO's. I would have changed my school after the first denial if it were me.

I just checked your previous transcripts and noticed the interviews were both centered on the school you chose and why you chose it (your first interviewer even actually told you that one of your reasons for your ineligibility was you not knowing about your school). I suspected that there may be something wrong about the school. Why didn't you try using other schools after the first denials. I don't know but the school might be a 'red flag school'. I checked US news for its ranking and what I saw was 'UNRANKED in Regional Universities Midwest', which may not be good. I don't know sha..maybe you just couldn't give good reasons why you chose the school.

Not all schools note sponsor on I20. Mine showed personal funds, even though my parents were sponsoring.

The reasons why you chose the school are not convincing--
Student to faculty ratio is not a splendid point especially when it's just a little below the national average of 18:1 (some schools even have as low as 6:1).
You wouldn't have time to list like that and you would sound like you crammed.
Almost every STEM program from undergraduate to postgraduate have a curricular practical training, its even part of the F1 visa work options!
You need to find more convincing reasons.

Hello beautiful people! Please treat as urgent.

My employer which is also some kind of family company(majorly owned by my uncle, my dad is a minor shareholder) is sponsoring my masters program. Sponsor on the i20 is family funds(I submitted the companies SOA which covers more than 200% of the required amount; and my Dad’s SOA which covers about 25% of the required amount as he will be supporting me)I have the statement of account of the company and my Dad’s. Do I need additional documents? If so, what other documents do I need?

If you have nothing else but that SOA to show proof of funds then carry it along with a letter from the same bank stating that your uncle is the sole signatory to the account, and if possible, an incorporation document that shows your Dad as a shareholder. Just pray the VO you meet wouldn't frown at business accounts, or that you'll be given the opportunity to present those documents if the VO isn't convinced. A personal account is always preferred.
When asked about sponsor, say that the company is sponsoring you, and that it's a family business run by your uncle and your dad is a shareholder.
