Please I am having the NSF wahala too.

I have been with my partner for almost 13years now but we are just married traditionally.... I submitted every true documents we have and our kids birth certificates carrying both our names, chats, bank transactions between us, photographs, sworn affidavit of change of name, newspaper publication, sworn affidavit of traditional marriage, yet I got this mail below.

Please if you have gone through something like this or have an idea of what else I can do as we don't have a registry certificate, kindly give your input too. MA is in the UK already so we can't even do a sharp sharp registry marriage

Any docs outside of A registry Certificate is null and void to them baba.

Visa Health and care worker standard cost me about 609usd I don't know where the 313usd came from. Tls services depends on assisted or personal upload 12500 but without requiring any of their services you don't spend a single dime after visa payment. I did my Biometrics with tls under 10 mins from point of entry I didn't pay any extra charges well I lucky not everyone maybe lucky.

Use your home tenancy agreement or proof of joint ownership.

You can also submit a joint bank account statement, showing both names.

It's now very difficult as in I wanted to use this route to move as a nurse but I now need to use other options. This route used to be as easy as abc last year. I will always go for people there before even turning their attention . Don't forget there are Indians and Filipinos to deal with. Am out

It's like uk employers has totally locked tier 2 visa sponsorship to overseas applicants. They now prefer converting tier 4 to 2 . Its like they have even unionised the whole thing.

One of the requirements for the visa application is proof of knowledge of English. You can do this with an IELTS result. Alternatively, if you have a bachelor's, master's or PhD degree that was taught in English language, you can have it evaluated by Ecctis (NARIC) and then use the statement issued to prove your knowledge of English. The steps and requirements for Ecctis evaluation are spelt out on their website. Cheers.

LOL...Since you're not a PhD holder, then you need not worry about it.

As I explained, your CoS is your ground for a hitch-free visa request.

Your employee must have done especially background checks on you and your suitability for the role before issuing the CoS.
