With my research,I think if one is able to learn the language. To pickup life, getting jobs will be easier.

The type of visa to Israel will determine what to expect.

I will not advise going to mexico for greener pasture. Most people (Nigerians, Russians etc) heading that way are there for their passport because of its strength. Infact as soon as they get the passport they head to Canada or apply for USA visa which they get 10 years or move to Europe etc. There is nothing much in the country other than how strong their passport is. Plus it’s now considered a retirement home for most olderAmericans and Canadians due to low taxes.

I don't think that it's possible to process your PR from Nigeria. But there are some ways to speed some steps if you know the right people and how the system works.

I think most of our people in Mexico don't really want to share the true situation about life over there. Or maybe things are not rosy over there too.

I have for so long wish to stay or leave in Mexico and not even to cross to Yankee but to settle with family.
Just that I don't know any way forward regarding visa process.
From my little research online, YouTube and writeup.
Mexico is not as bad as people paint it. When compared with other countries in their continent mexico isn't a bad place.
Work on nice areas that is safe, get ready for language barrier issues.
As for means of survival interest is so open, English teaching can be a start up.

Nevertheless, everything in life has the bad and the good side. Be optimistic and look towards positive side. With time you will be fine
