broad mind.

That list is an international one, Lagos doesn't really represent South West, it represents Nigeria. It isn't for blame trading. Gala sellers abound in every major Nigerian city. But Lagos problem is unique.

Try and learn the history of Makoko before you start pointing blame-trading fingers.

Lagos is Nigeria. If you claim its developments and advance infrastructure to the South West alone then accept the slums as well, stop being a bigot and double standard.
